Staffing have an Attitude and terrible experience - No air conditioning - food is Terrible. I really appreciate if you guys let them kmow how customers are not happy.Expedia should take care of their client.

First impressionreceptionist eating behind counter. Hotel accepted animals which reflected the smell in our room. So rooms need to have no signs of previous guests or animals in rooms.Corridor room number signs on floor in corridor. had to change rooms still uncomfortable.Woken at 6am by shouting and chanting on lower floors. So woke up went down to reception for an early coffee. Went to look at pool but pool cover was still on and used towels on floor from previous swimmers so hotel didn't look clean at all. Asked to speak to a manager but was told she won't come. Obviously not on duty.Very disappointing hotel not recommended.

Great hotel with great facilities such as pool, sauna & hot tub. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Location ok. Good parking. Will need Tom striven or get a taxi to reach local ‘hot spots’. Room was clean and spacious. Only issue we had was we thought we had booked a room with 2 double beds. Unfortunately we had 1 double and 2 single beds. After mentioning this to reception we were told that all the rooms were the same. Other than this, We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if in the area.

Good size room for family of 5, good breakfast, good value

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast was very good. The decor of the room was very dated but it was a large room, clean and comfortable. The outside of the hotel was being refurbished when we visited. The hotel was easy to find with lots of parking. We were a family of four on our way from Roscoff - tired and needing a stop-over. The children's breakfast was unexpectedly given free which was great.

Hôtel très propre, personnel très accueillant, petit déjeuner bien fourni et très local : rien à dire.

A noter qu il n y a pas de clim et pas d aération efficace des chambres couloirs et ascenseur donc très chaud. L odeur très désagréable des poubelles à l arrière de l hôtel qui sentait jusque dans notre chambre au 2 ème étage. Bruyant car la 4 voies est proche. Soit on creve de chaud et c est silencieux soit on aére et on entend la route à toute heure. Piscine agréable mais non rafraîchissanre car 34°. Sommes restés deux jours et malgré l' affichage à la porte notre chambre n a pas été refaite après la 1ere nuit. Chambre insonorisée et propre.

Hôtel facile d'accès bien équipé. Le restaurant est de qualité et le personnel tant du restaurant que de l'hôtel est de qualité

L’état de la moquette est juste inacceptable et être pieds nus très repoussant. La TV n’est pas à jour au niveau des chaînes disponibles et d’une taille minuscule Rien ne fait la différence avec un hôtel plus bas gamme, très décevant

CHAMBRE PROPRE PERSONNEL ACCUEILLANT

Très bonne localisation, proches grands axes et zone commerciale. L'hôtel dispose d'une piscine couverte et d'équipements de sport, ce qui est toujours appréciable ! Notre chambre était spacieuse et calme, nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
