Great hotel…Hopkins was fine.

Loved our stay here! Staff was amazing! We had a delicious homemade breakfast every morning. They were helpful organizing tours and transportation too. Would definitely stay again!

Property was very clean and well cared for. Ocean front room had terrific view and lovely breezes, with a deep deck for protection from occasional showers. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Very good restaurant, with a daily set breakfast which was cooked individually (no steam table). Bicycles and kayaks were handy to have, but definitely need better maintenance. Pool was clean and well maintained. Would absolutely stay there again.

Excellent breakfast and dinner. Awesome restaurant staff, chefs, food and Kiki’s attitude was the best. Stacy at front desk service has convinced us to be back.

We stayed in a first-floor, beachfront room which was wonderful! It was so nice waking up and just walking out the door to a beautiful sunrise and birds flying overhead. The staff were all super helpful and nice and the complimentary breakfast was delicious! The only problem we had was not enough vacation days lol

The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and spacious, the pool was nice and warm!

Great amenities for beach life- paddle boards, kayaks, etc.. Wonderful included breakfast that opens at 0730 Staff very helpful , from Louis adjusting my bike seat to the wonderful female staff in the office and restaurant

Clean rooms and amenities. Wonderful staff. Excellent breakfast. Absolutely gorgeous beach! Rico the resident parrot is adorable! Be sure to ask for Mike if you visit the bar! Would definitely stay again!

Comfortable little getaway in Hopkins, right on the beach, walkable to many good places to eat. Very convenient if you are diving with Happy Go Luckie.

Modest but nicely appointed, comfortable and clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Great ocean views if you can land one of the water-facing rooms. Breakfast was made to order and excellent. This is a well-run property.

The location is perfect — right on the beach with stunning sunrises, warm ocean breezes, and a laid-back vibe that captures the heart of Belize. The rooms are clean, cozy, and just steps from the sea. The staff? Absolutely incredible — friendly, helpful, and full of local tips that made our trip even better. Special shout out to Yoli, Leticia and Micah, who ensured our every need was met. Whether you’re looking to relax by the water, explore nearby jungles and waterfalls, or dive into local culture, Parrot Cove is the perfect home base. Chef Rob runs an amazing hotel. It was our first time in Hopkins, and we look forward to returning. Can’t say enough great things about this place. A must stay if you want to enjoy the coastal beauty of Belize without the crowds of Placencia and San Pedro.
