The room is spacious, pretty good it's just that the building is old. Some parts may need renovation.

This hotel's staffs are friendly and helpful, breakfast and hotel location are great. But the room is not very good, especially the 6th floor,you can hear they doing renovation on Saturday morning, the soundproof walls are very poor, you may hear people walking, talking and slam the door, you may woke up from these kinds of sound. The drain in shower area a bit clog,

The staff is very nice and friendly. Many variations of food for breakfast and perfect, I will recommend the patong heritage hotel for those who vacation in Phuket Patong Beach. I stayed at 5 star hotel, that's true.
