Lovely, new hotel, excellent pizza restaurant and breakfast facilities with attentive service. Only thing that let it down was the toilet in my room hadn’t been cleaned, since last used, which was very unpleasant😱

Great hotel and amenities and pet friendly

Stayed for 1 night as we were driving through France. It was conveniently located for pulling off the auto-route. The hotel and the room was clean & tidy. The restaurant was perfect.

Heater was doesn’t work last time also this time I think they make economy

Freshly decorated bedrooms, tastefully done , nice warm decor, comfortable bed, bathroom different to the usual Premiere Classe with shower cubicle separate to the toilet area so toilet and sink clear of any water spillage from shower which is good. All clean and very pleasant room to sleep and rest in. Staff at the hotel &;Pizza restaurant across the hotel car park were very friendly and welcoming. We ate there ,at The Loft Pizza which is now named differently. Lovely decor, roomy and luckily they also served a choice of 2 very copious salads as we can't eat pizzas, very reasonably priced. We very much enjoyed our stay , very close to Bourg en Bresse.

Dirty, poorly cleaned. Found a bar of used soap from the previous guest, left in the shower. Carpets in hallways were filthy

The air conditioning in our room, 212, did not work. It was very hot, had to sleep with the window open. That meant a lot of light from an exterior light fixture Heat pump unit in the room was very dirty. Several lights burnt out in the bathroom. Exhaust vent bathroom dirty.

Convenient stop-over near Bourg en Bresse with secure parking and lift. But I found the room air-less and I did not sleep well. Otherwise, good value for money with good heating and facilities.

Have stayed here twice before and been great, little disappointing this time. Very noisy with lots of workers staying there and no face masks worn in accommodation building, food good and service in restaurant was good.

Good budget hotel out of town but has restaurant next door all be it pizza and it’s shut on Sunday but great value

Standard PClass - clean, affordable with free secure parking. The air con and wifi work. A nice plus is the pizza place next door where you can get real stonebaked pizza and a craft beer. We stay here whenever passing and recommed it!

Our experience was not very good, yes the location is great but on arrival we found we had to go across to the restaurant to check- in and when we tried to book a table for a much needed meal we were told it closed at 9pm then when we went down for breakfast we found that again we had to go over to the restaurant for a very merger breakfast, we will not stay at this hotel again!!!

Really good Premier Classe. Best part was boutique cafe/pizza shop next door. Super helpful and friendly young woman does check in from there. Standard PC facilities and clean. Only downside is management need to stop cleaners entering rooms when do not disturb sign is on. This happened to us on two occasions and when we returned from breakfast the cleaner was in the room despite DND on door.

It was good value. Basic but adequate. Didn’t like checking in. I had booked through Expedia and felt I was being told off for not having a hotel booking number. My Expedia email wasn’t enough apparently
