Great staff, clean room, exceptional view of the piazza!

Great location, excellent food and wonderful staff. My only negative was the room. We had the family room for 4 and it was a bit tight. The way the bathroom is set up is not good. The bidet was set up was right next to the shower, so it made it awkward getting in and out. The shower was uncomfortabley small and the beds were the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. The mattress and pillows were rock hard and it caused pain in my neck and shoulders. For this reason, I would not stay here again.

Great property in a super easy, convenient location! Walk right out the door into the square filled with cafes & shops! We paid to park in the private garage & Vito took us everyday to retrieve it & back it out of the right space. He was amazing. A good continental breakfast…but if you get there late they don’t seem to replenish once items are gone, so get there earlier than later. Front desk staff were very nice & spoke good English which was helpful of course.

Lovely hotel in the centre square of Monopoli. We stayed two nights. The city was quite busy which made finding a table a little tricky particularly as we are not fish eaters. We ate at the hotel on the second night and we both had an excellent meal. We parked our Audi Q7 at Sa Ma private parking at €25 per night. Quite tight but the team were very helpful and the car felt safe. Definitely a hotel and car park we would return to.

Everything about the hotel was very good (location, staff, room), with the exception of the breakfast. This was the 6th hotel we’ve stayed at in Puglia on this trip, and this was by far our least favorite breakfast. Limited selection of food, and the quality was well below any of our other stays

Room was spacious, spotless, with a wonderful view of Garibaldi Square. Staff was friendly and always ready to help. From our room, we heard the church bells on the hour and light Italian music from the square outside. A lovely stay.
