Very nice

Nicely located, staff are so friendly and helpful. They’ll make you lunch and dinner if you wish and the food is just nice. There are shops and restaurants everywhere near the hotel. I found it’s a little challenging to find good vegan restaurants near by. Overall, it is a nice and safe place.

My stay was for two nights, the beds were uncomfortable to sleep in, the curtains didn’t block sunlight. It was clean, staff were professional and helpful. Breakfast was good and there we’re walking distance places to eat which were very good.

Very clean

Not easy to spot but nice room, personal and breakfast. Good accessibility to local transport that is at least functional and easy to use with the App. Since it is not inside night activities area it offer a pleasant atmosphere to rest.

Very nice hotel near the Clinica and hospitals around Inbanaco. The breakfast was delicious. There's an Éxito 2 blocks away and many restaurants and bakeries to enjoy. Very safe to walk around even at night. You can find el Parque del Perro by walking about 8 minutes. Overall a good find for the area.

Hotel was very mediocre and is priced based on proximity of the clinics. If you try and cancel you will still be charged the price of the stay which is ridiculous. Hated it....

I stayed for five days and I have no complaints. Nice people at the lobby, spacious room, good air condition and a good size bathroom. The location in the south area of Cali is not bad and I felt at home from the beginning. If you want to safe money, to be a bit away from the Cali pachanguero but at the same time be not to far from it, this is the place to be ! Walk around and you will find delicious food ! Good transportation and a variety of places to go around.

Good service, delicious breakfast, nice staff

Horrible noise of drills and hammer and cement dust. Wi fi constantly missing. No hairdryer no bathroom mat...poor furniture. Our stay was a nightmare. Thanks to the friendly staff we managed to stay 2 of the 8 nights. I want a complete refund from you because you failed also to mention the remodeling aspect of hotel Imbanaco.

They were remodeling the hotel in the workers wiould start early they would make alot noise it was hard to rest
