The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location is perfect and right near the iconic Nikka sign and within walking distance to the station, making it really easy to get around.

Strategic location, near the station, accessible by bus from the airport, many convenient stores (Lawson, FamilyMart), near Don Quijote, there is Matsukiyo, lots of food, near shopping centers.

Be careful not to step into other APA hotels nearby. The room was nice and close to the city center.

The hotel is very strategic, near the train station and also near the bus stop from and to the airport. Around you can find food easily. Will stay here again next time.

Location strategic, nearby Tanukikoji shopping street. If you take a bus from the airport, you only have to walk a bit. Their service is good.

I’m so regret to say, actually I’m not in this hotel because the flight was cancelled by the airline, but I forgot to process the cancellation of this booking, I just realized today 5 January which is the check out time. Please consider that i’ m not stay at all in your hotel and please understand that this time impossible to travel there. I really hope the hotel can refund my money because I’m not stay there. Your consideration really appreciated and good luck for your hotel in the future and hopefully one day I’ll stay there. Thank you 🙏🏻

The room is clean and there is a lawson shop in front of the hotel too.

the first hotel that really in front of the subway exit! also connected with family mart hotel surrounding many restaurant and near tanokikoji shoppinh street the room is standard japanese,very small

Strategic location, clean and comfortable

The hotel is very strategic, the service is good, the rooms are very comfortable.

It’s ok for staying, but staff did not serve drinking water in room until we go down to inform them. But room is ok. Staff speak English a little bit and difficult to communicate
