Beautiful hotel with a great historical significance located underneath the castle of Trencin. Beautiful area, great breakfast. Absolutely ideal for travelers.

Excellent place in Trenchin

The Roman inscription was very interesting. The hotel also sits at the base of the Trencin castle. So much history in one place.

Well kept, clean and comfortable hotel with excellent amenities let down by poor service. The restaurant closes at 8pm. The staff acted like I was being a nuisance for asking for an iron/ironing board.

The check out at this property is 10AM. I have not been to a hotel with as early check out time as this in a long time. If you ask them for late check out you will be lucky to get 11AM. Past that they will try to charge you a 1/2 day fee. The hotel is a bit dated now. I have stayed here several times for the past 3 years and there is zero upgrades/maintenance. Location is really good though.

An overnight on a drive through western Slovakia. Hotel Elizabeth was a pleasant surprise. Easy walk to food and drinks in the main walking area downtown. Located at the base of Trencin Castle.

Bed was very comfortable pillows were soft as butter very comfortable. However 30 degrees outside with no air conditioning. Receptionist recommended opening the window but the location of the room and window made it very noise from outside. Woke up in hot sweats during the night. No bottle water or kettle upon arrival despite the temperature being very high

Remarkable, historic hotel building, freshly renovated, carefully designed interior. Focus on customers might be improved. No available hotel parking, understaffed restaurant, misinformation at recetion desk. Very small spa, massage services available with booking a few days before.

Large well maintained property in a smaller city

We had stayed at this hotel about 17 years ago. It was a classic 1920's hotel then but was remodeled in 2015. It lacks the old charm!! The new version of the hotel is modern and comfortable. The food and service in the dining room is excellent. Great location in this small town.

The hotel is very nice, good location but the rooms are very small, the room amenities are good though except that I asked for toothbrush but it never came. Reception staff are good they gave me an early check in.

My stay was exceptional. I thoroughly enjoyed my room and the breakfast.

I was asking for eueen dize bed. Indtead it eas 2 beds together so the midfle of the bed had gap. And that was not comfy. i could not use the whole bed only one or the other site of the twin beds. Mid part was out of limits coz i eoulf end up in the gap.

Perfect location, beautiful hotel, impressive lobby and nice amenities.

We were just here for an evening and it was a pleasant enough stay. The pillows were a bit soft and big for my liking, but the room was clean and roomy. The spa area is worth a visit. There are a few saunas and a pool. This hotel is a great location for exploring Trencin. Parking was extra - 11 EUR in a small open lot behind the hotel.

Historic but beautiful property, right in the historic city centre, in a walkable distance from Trencin castle.
