Good to stay because very near to Haram. The room so cosy and clean.

Great hotel, very friendly staff, the cleanliness is good, the view great (can see tawaf in 3rd floor and city view) and very spacious room. Insya Allah will be back for umroh and stayed again in Dorrar Al Eiman Royal

The room, hospitality, toiletries, reception is not like 5 star hotel.

Some of the advantages of this hotel are (1) it has a mosque that is connected to 4 other hotels with direct views of the Masjidil Haram (2) a comfortable lobby (3) connected to Al Safwah Tower and (4) the sound of the call to prayer, iqomah and prayer readings from the Masjidil Haram sounds perfect in the bedroom. On the other hand, the drawback is that the building is relatively old and services need to be optimized. I ordered at Traveloka with a capacity of 3 people including breakfast, but was only given breakfast for 2 people, They said I was asked to confirm with Traveloka so it seemed there was no coordination.

Good hotel, good food, easy access to the mosque, just enter the safwah building, go up to the 3rd floor, get there straight away, easy to find food on the 2nd floor, the minus is that the check-in process is very long, per person can take half an hour

I stayed for 2 nights, I need new towel caused the old is wet on the 2nd day. When asked new towel, by phone no body came. My husband turn around the flour for seeked house keeping. But the house keeping asked the old towel for return. So he came back to room took the old first then got the new one from the house keeping. Also water is limited only 2 botles no more. They asked us to check out by knocking the door at 11 am. I decided to not overstay. 2 night just enough and find the other hotel who is humality more.

Comfortable hotel close to the Grand Mosque. Go down the escalator directly to the courtyard of the mosque. Comfortable room. The hotel mosque is also convenient. Middle eastern iftar menu with desert of a kind of turkish delight. Alhamdulillah. Even though the price of Ramadan has increased 3 times.

The hotel is near Haram, the food is good and complete, the service is alert and friendly.

We really enjoyed staying at this Hotel. The rooms are quite spacious and clean with good bathroom amenities. The location is very strategic near to the Harram Mosque. Prices are quite competitive. If there is an opportunity to return to the Umrah service, we will stay in this Hotel, God willing.

Every time to Mecca my main choice is the Royal Dar Eiman hotel. The location is the best. The room is spacious and comfortable. The cleaning service is good. And the special is having breakfast. Hemm, only WiFi is not free. You have to report to the receptionist first, even though it means WiFi.

This is the second time I have stayed here, the location is good, but the service is getting worse. Starting from a trolley officer who is difficult to call to pick up baggage, a tip should be given. Room 3 nights asking for a view instead of a wall. The 3 single mattress is even 1 small business for children. The breakfast used to be Indonesian food, but there was only international breakfast, not even the omelette. we are from asia, breakfast doesn't really fit our tongue. A slow and bad WiFi network. I will choose another hotel if I go back there.

The receptionists understand english, the nice rooms are given a small al quran bearing the name of the hotel, very close to the mosque, check-in and out is quite easy.

The rooms and other services are very good. But the check-in process is rather difficult, we must ask the manager for a queue number first, then we must prepare a visa and passport (photocopies or soft copies are allowed), the English proficiency of the receptionist and other officers.

The receptionist could not speak English. The check in process did not go smoothly. The hotel said they did not have my reservation in their list. It was such a horrible experience.

Various meal and clean atmosphere
