What stood out in Hyatt Place was the staff especially in the dining area. Keze from Kohima Nagaland. She was such a wonderful person, good natured and smiling. The Head Chef Dhan Bhadur from Nepal was also amazing. He made sure I got meals which were less spicy. The others too were very kind. I was very touched by the farewell pastry that they served and took a group photo. This is what made the arduous trip to and from Hampi bearable since the hotel is an hour away. From the sites.

Good amenities, good food

I paid a significantly higher cost than what the rooms were worth, under the garb of dynamic pricing. The costs being quoted were much lower just before & during the period of our stay. The rooms had issues and the menu was limited. Definitely didn't meet our expectations from a Hyatt property and the charges we paid!

The property was further than I thought it was to Hampi. The spa is excellent.

Beautiful property. One of a kind. Good food and the location of the restaurant is superb. Only issue is the gps took me through a old access they have and at night that was a bit scary. I was with a defender otherwise i would be in stress with a saloon

The property is being upgraded and the it’s located in a safe zone within the JSW township. The service provided by the staff was excellent and there was positive energy within all the staff members. The spa was good and well maintained. Overall, a good experience.

No locking inside bathroom - with children bathroom should have locking mechanism

Our stay was business and leisure with the visit to Hampi. Special mention to staff members at the buffet service who are exceptional in catering to guests needs! Room for improvement -- bathrooms. Enjoyed the stay!

Very nice property, close to airport

Nice hotel, good rooms, the only annoyance was the gym, where two of the four machines didnt work. Good food and service. If you do go there pack mosquito repellent and they are rampant.

Decent hotel but right next to massive steel plant and train track/station. You will hear train horns all hours of the night making it tough to sleep. It was clean but sparse. Food was ok. Service was ok…

One of the best place to stay if visiting hampi.. not a leisure hotel..

I’m not little bit very disappointed with Hyatt HAMPI. The state of the property is abysmal! The elevator carpet has not been cleaned in century it seems! The corner of the rooms - so dirty that I wanted to scrub them clean. The chairs at breakfast broken. I think it’s the staff that’s keeping this place alive with their efforts. The room allowed to us at 1.00 am in the night when we arrived was wrong. I was tired and upset! I paid for a larger room which the staff did rearrange but not before we were extremely exhausted having waited at lobby for 20 mins at 1.00 am. The room was supposed to be moist in view - you have to see what I looked out of the window - one side - the building and other side their terrace with AC ducts! Abysmal!
