Pool wasn’t always open

Room was very beat up, outdated and dark. Bad Lighting. Rooms are not at all as described and we stayed in a suit. Way over priced. Lobby was nice. Breakfast was not good at all. I would not stay here again.

Clean room, helpful staff, good breakfast.

Clean room, comfortable beds and bedding with a great view. Did have an issue with the smoke detector beeping once every 30 mins or so. Also the mini fridge was locked so we didn’t have a usable fridge option. We did talk to the front desk but nobody arrived before we went to bed.

I didn’t stay there; I accidentally booked it but meant to book at Westin Playa. I called, sent messages, asked for help from Marriott but never got a response. I lost almost $700. The service was poor as no one would assist me.

The only thing we had a issue with during our stay was the door to our room did not open or close properly.

Our stay at the Westin Panama was great, from the staff to the breakfast in the morning. Staff were very responsive to requests and very pleasant. The breakfast buffet offered many varied options.

The Business Suite option is well worth it!

Everything and everyone was spectacular. The food was amazing the staff was amazing. Everyone went out of their way to be of service. We would return in a minute. This is the only place we would stay.
