Had two different communication issues with the kitchen, one of them was solved. In one case I was not told the price of breakfast buffet and its not anywhere there. (78000.00 cop) way over priced, very limited options. The other one, I was told in person by a kitchen staff that room service was 5000.00 cop, but I was charged 10000.00 cop. It's not about the money, its about the principles. The hotel is beautiful, the food was delicious. We had ceviche, octopus and white pasta. The best food in our trip to Colombia.

The only issue we had was about the breakfast that showed on your site that was included but they wanted to charge us for it but it was solved at the end!

The facilities are modern

This hotel is in such a great location in Parque de la 93. It was walking distance from great food, shops, and markets. The staff at this hotel is excellent as well. They were very helpful in helping us get around Bogota and arranging transportation to and from the airport. They were super kind and patient with our broken Spanish and even spoke great English to help us out. We felt so safe and comfortable there for our first trip to Bogota. I definitely recommend!
