The location is quite strategic, close to transportation, supermarkets, and even food and convenience stores. The room was very comfortable, although not very spacious, which was fine for me as a solo traveler. The staff was very helpful. I wanted to have my luggage delivered to my next accommodation, and the staff quickly helped me create a receipt and schedule a pickup for my luggage. Thank you very much.

Had a great time here! Easily accessible with 5 minutes walk from Sannomiya station and the hotel provided great service! Even allowed us to leave our luggage while we stroll around Kobe!
