My stay here at Santa Rosa was a lovely experience, clean room, staff were always polite and helpful, ideal location within 5mins walking distance from the beach and other shops. Overall 8/10

Fabulous great location basic breakfast freindly staff

Perfect hotel if you like non-stop partying from 6pm until 5am. The walls are so thin, you can hear your neighbors talk, and the younger guests next to us hollared all the time. We wanted to check out on day 20 of our 27 days, but the hotel wouldn't work with us at all. We had used up all our patience, so we checked out early anyway and didn't get a refund.. The dining and bar staff were very friendly! Orbitz did give us 300 Orbucks to use, which was nice. If you are over 30, I wouldn't recommend staying there!

Good location, very close to the beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Room is spacious and has everything you need. Soundproof is a bit weak but no big deal. Nice rooftop swim pool and bar.

El trato y servicio fue super. Hice una solicitud de añadir un huésped y no habia terminando mi solicitud cuamdo ya habia una cama instalada en mi cuarto. El desyuno bufete mega completo.

Lovely hotel, basic but comfortable. Staff & food nice. Good location for beach, castle & shops. Breakfast was same every morning but fresh. No recycling though which is unexceptable in this day & age, I had to find bins on the street.

Our trip was short but it was well worth it. The room looked just as the photos; we weren’t looking for ultimate comfort as we planned to be out and about most of the time. The only “complaint” I would have is when we would walk into the room it was a weird smell; something like a hint of a moldy smell which I’d think would come from the humidity of the beach and the ac maybe. I’m not completely sure but it did make my jeans jacket that stayed in the room smell awful once it was time to pack. Honestly though that is such a small thing compared to the atmosphere, good breakfast, amazing rooftop pool and bar area and the absolutely Stunning view… & let’s not forget the Amazing staff. Truly was a delight and plan to be back soon :) thanks for an amazing weekendz

The hotel was very nice no complaints, except it did say free parking limited. I rang before arrival and was told it wasn’t a problem, but when I arrived I had to use another one of there car parks and had to pay 18€.

The staff barely speak english. The closest parking is 10 min walk and cost 20 euros. The room was nice but very basic .

But now way past it's prime. Only good things are closeness to sea and maybe breakfast

The basic rooms that we had at first were dark with only a juliet balcony we upgraded at a reduced cost of €60 after the first night and that room was very good with new beds and rooftop and sea views

For a four-star hotel, Santa Rosa was not what I expected. The perks: very very good spread at breakfast, daily fresh towels, clean room (although my friend stood on glass in his room) and tableservice by the pool was a nice touch. However, the beds are on the cheaper side so are hard; an aweful cheap lumpy pillow so bring your own if you can; no balcony to speak of (2ft square); the shower was basic, weak and either very hot or very cold; the pool has no shallow end so this is not the place to bring your kids; and I just don’t think it had the ‘va va voom’ you get with a 4* Hotel. Overall a good holiday, and the hotel is located in a good spot.

Hotel staff friendly and clean but small rooms. Breakfast was a disappointment.

The hotel is not a 4 star hotel, especially the standard rooms are terrible for a 4 star level. So our first night was not good at all, as we had to spend the night in the standard room as we booked. But luckilly, the hotel junior manager was very nice. And even we had to pay 10 euros extra a night for a superior room, (but it was much more pleasant) was worth it. The staff said there are no rooms available at all for our dates, but he sorted us out, even got a fridge for us for free, so very well done. Overall we had a very nice holiday, thank you.
