Great hotel, excellent location in Palermo SoHo, cute pool area, we loved the service and breakfast. We had a lovely experience, and would highly recommend.

Overall, the stay was decent and the hotel met my basic needs. The property felt safe, and Orocasio was especially kind and helpful, which I really appreciated. However, my experience at the café was uncomfortable due to one staff member who was unnecessarily petty and unprofessional. I suggest retraining or educating staff that guests pay to stay at hotel and because of this interaction, I likely wouldn’t stay here again, though aside from that issue the hotel itself was fine.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from the entire team, everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, making everything effortless for us. The hotel was always very clean. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxing and romantic getaway. Our room was immaculate and beautifully prepared with a thoughtful romantic setup, which made our experience even more special. The breakfast was truly outstanding, delicious, fresh, and healthy. The pool and the entire boutique setting were simply beautiful. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and would gladly return!

Staff is extremely nice and responsive They were waiting for us at 3am when we had plane delay. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location is convenient and quiet Would stay there again!

The room was spotless, the staff were courteous, the breakfast was delicious, the location was perfect, the pool was beautiful. My one regret is that I could not stay longer.

Staff very helpful. Reception staff gabe good recommendations for restaurants and things to do and even made bookings and reservations for us.
