Great spot to stay if you need to be in the Whitefield area of Bangalore.

A great business hotel with all of the facilities you'd expect. The staff were very welcoming and as helpful as they could be. They all made their best efforts to make your stay feel personal, introducing themselves, remembering your name, preferences, etc. The hours of service in the executive lounge could have been longer. Many businesses in the area are global services organisations that work international hours, so I often missed being able to partake in the breakfast, buffet, and evening drinks. As a result I would reconsider booking the higher standard room next time I stayed. The availability of wine listed in the bar and room service menus was very limited. I was often forced to accept a far more expensive 3rd or even 4th choice as they'd run out of what I'd wanted. The price of wine, especially by the bottle, was 2-3 times more than I would have expected to pay, even considering hotel prices. The hotel location is only convenient if you are visiting a business in the immediate area. I would not stay here otherwise.

Our stay as usual was top notch. Comfort, quality of service and food in a very relaxing, caring atmosphere for families highly recommend!

The staff were amazing, they made a boring business trip very special and memorable.

The hotel was incredibly dirty and the restaurant staff were pretty useless. e.g at breakfast I asked for a coffee 3 times during 30 minutes at the table and it never arrived so i just left.

5 star prices, -10 star service & quality. Dirty tables at MCafe, dirty plates , reheated food served while ordering under Ala-carte, bad quality food leading stomach trouble. People peeing outside the main entrance , staff clearly untrained, dropping water at the table while serving. In room dining - basmati biryani was served half cooked and wet, rasmalai desert served was bland. the hotel itself is rundown state, acknowledged by rooms director. When i shared my experience, rather than state or explain how this could happen and what they would do to fix it, the GM & Rooms Directors kept saying please stay back and give another chance without any giving any confidence that they could fix it. This is not Marriott!!! not even a hotel.... turned out to be a fancy looking shack

Very professional staff in the hotel that makes the stay very pleasant. Had no issues getting help form the hotel staff regarding services within the hotel and transportation arrangements outside the hotel.

I have had severe food poisoning for the last 48 hours. We told the man at reception when checking out and he said we should have ordered more food!

Extremely helpful staff who looked after us when we arrived very early and very tired after a long journey.

Very comfortable and great service. Friendly staff and overall an excellent experience.
