Good service, rooms e other facilities need improvement, breakfast was okay but not great

Nice hotel, clean room. The in room safe seems pointless as it is not bolted down and could be easily carried away, it's not heavy. A big annoyance for me is that this hotel does not have wash cloths, so if you're used to that, bring your own. Otherwise, well located with decent breakfast buffet.

Ja fiquei varias vezes no hotel, mas acho o quarto muito escuro, deveria ter mais iluminaçao e a TV deveria ter acesso aos canais de streaming.

Everything went great. The room was in great condition and the bathroom was always well stocked. There were plenty of options for breakfast and the food was good quality. The pool in the back was spacious and just deep enough to accommodate anyone whether you can or can’t swim.

The check in was fast and efficient. The staff was excellent; Isabella and Erik were outstanding, so friendly and helpful. They were able to answer all questions, Erik made great recommendations for dining and sightseeing. He also had a slow draining sink in my room fixed right away.

Not a 5 star hotel. Unsure how they’ve been given that rating

Friendly and accommodating staff, great hotel restaurant and easy to get everywhere.

A estadia foi muito boa. Os problemas nas duas vezes que me hospedei foram os mesmos - a excessiva demora para reposição dos itens no café da manhã, tanto de alimentos quanto de pratos, talheres, guardanapos.

Excelente experiência, o hotel é maravilhoso, cheio de arte, os painéis de Carybe são incríveis e estão por toda parte. Até o elevador é lindo, o café da manhã também é ótimo e tem um excelente restaurante no hotel, o Genaro, que não dá pra perder!
