It was a big surprise to learn that this condo does mot have daily housekeeping services! No front desk, no luggage porter. A huge condo building? Difficult to locate the assigned apt without an actual guide!

This is not a hotel, it is a condominium operated by a company. Check in and out was not smooth. They asked us to separate kinds of garbages and bring them to the garbage disposal area where it is a bit far from the building.

The building and staff were wonderful, the beds were very stiff and hard. The view was great in the apartment. Only reason we wouldn't book again is how hard the beds were.

i would like a representative to get in touch with me the service was poor from the start , communication terrible , false advertisement, i bought the breakfast for 4 days and only used it for the first day only to find out i did not know what i was eating and it was the same entree every day!!!if no call me i will file a complaint

If you have a big party, this place is great. Right in front of the beach. A lot of dining options and many things to do around. Main issues are communicating with the property and difficult parking. Otherwise its a great place.

The area around the hotel was terrific, but the property itself was very outdated.

Great location and space

Prime location, great facility, but needs an update on checkin and policy information. The location and property was perfect for our stay -family of 4 in deluxe family suite. Its actually meant for about 6 people. Plus, it has a wonderful ocean view, and we definitely enjoyed our stay. According to Expedia checkin info, we were to get checkin information, such as access code, etc. But when contacting property, and expedia the day of, neither were helpful. And upon our international arrival, we were anxious that we didn't have a place to stay. But once we arrived at the property, and speaking with front desk, we finally got the confirmation and code needed. Plenty of options around, but I would recommend this place with anyone traveling with family with kids.

Property has a great location right on the beach. Booked original Deluxe room based on the photos with water view. Room had a direct view of building next door and barely any water view. Room was dusty and could have used better cleaning.

This property has amazing veiws easy parking, literally everything was in walking distance to every thing down by the beach. Including a Starbucks down stairs. The only thing i would change about this property is the bed! The bed is so hard that it was hard to sleep.

It is very nice and view is wonderful . For foreigner , the building is 4sections. It is hard to find office even staff is very kind .

The apartment itself was spacious. We tried to ask for one more pillow and blanket but were told we had to pay 30,000won so we declined. Extra towels were dropped off at the door in the morning. It was a decent stay and the location/restaurants definitely made it better. We would maybe stay again.

Just same as the other condo, but little lower room support material than others

Everything thing was outdated! Bed was really hard and very uncomfortable! I asked for extra keys and they wanted to charge me! I would not Have spent this much if I only knew!

Location was very good. Both for business meetings and personal shopping & appointment. Staffs were very friendly and helpful when I had any questions. Will definitely stay again!

I stayed there with a group over the weekend and about half the people came back sick. We think the hotel may have a mold problem. The staff also double charged me for my room and then told me it will take 2 weeks to refund.

No ocean view. They said partial ocean veiw. Dont trust. We could see only the construction area. Room itself was nice.

My girls got bug bites and asked to change the bed sheets yet got another bite.
