Glorious breakfast. Well located. Wonderful staff. Clean and comfortable room.

Location is great and within walking distance to many sites, shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious, had a wonderful variety and was really an added bonus to the stay. Would definitely stay again.

The breakfast was consistently excellence and offered a wide variety of options. The chef was very accommodating and the quality was finest we enjoyed on this trip to Europe. The entire staff was professional, friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Booked into hotel’s adjacent annex—truly an extraordinary property. Absolutely beautiful 5-star equipped tastefully furnished nearly 700 sq ft apartment with separate rain shower and sauna. Staff, including the owner, were truly welcoming and gracious. Enjoyed amazing cooked-to-order breakfasts in enclosed outdoor garden, along with a delicious selection of pastries. The owner surprised us with a delicious fruit tart sporting a single lit candle at breakfast on my wife’s birthday—we hadn’t breathed a word about it, but I guess her passport offered the clue. Desk clerk provided excellent dining info and booked tables at terrific restaurants within walking distance. Early checkout time to catch our flight was made tolerable by the provided box breakfast. The hotel arranged our departure water taxi and luggage porter. Overall a fantastic experience and worth every penny. Our only hitch involved negotiating the steps between the water taxi stop and the hotel when we arrived. Next time we’ll arrange a porter to meet us.

What a beautiful hotel in such a walkable location of Venice. We were only 3 min from the water ferry/taxi drop off, and in the heart of everything but not too busy! The staff was amazing and helpful. The breakfast was so special and eating on the terrace was peaceful and the perfect start to the day.

LOVED this property. Service was exceptional - extremely personal and accommodating. The location was also perfect - it was near every thing but away from the commotion. We strongly recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

Excellent location in San Marco located between St Marks Square and Rialto bridge. Attention to detail and extreme politeness of every staff member was so pleasant. We had an early flight, and they made the extra effort to open 10 minutes earlier to serve us breakfast. Very much appreciated.

Beautiful and very lavishly appointed room. Hotel located on a quiet street 5 minutes walk from lots of nice restaurants and shops and only about 10-15 minute walk from St. Mark's square. We didn't get to experience the breakfasts on site due to early bookings but they packed us up lovely take away breakfast bags. Would definitely stay here again the next time we're in Venice.

Small boutique hotel, which goes out of its way to make your stay comfortable. Owner and staff are very friendly. Note, if you want a canal view, you have to be sure to book the room with that view. It is a very small canal in the back of the hotel. Location is good, Venice is a very walkable city so you can get from the hotel to pretty much anywhere within a 15 to 20 minute walk.

Excellent hotel. Great location. Very kind, helpful and thoughtful English speaking staff. I corresponded with them via email from the US even before I headed to Italy and they helped me with transfer options from the airport and making dinner reservations for me. The room was beautiful with so many amenities. But the thing that really stood out was the absolutely AWESOME and AMAZING homemade breakfast spreads they had each morning, included! Their food was outstanding. I asked and was hoping that they also did dinner, but it is just breakfast of various bakery delicacies, fruits, tarts, cheeses, desserts, fresh squeezed juices, coffee ofc, AND on top of that, they will make any type of egg, pancake, waffle, etc. I was stuffed the first day with just the great spread stuff. Truly a gem of a hotel. I would definitely stay again and will encourage my family to do the same.

Hotel Corte di Gabriela is a beautiful little hotel which I would highly recommend to anyone who is visiting Venice, the hotel is historic building that has been furnished with a modern touch that compliments the building. With the hotel being a smaller property the service we received felt more personal, staff were attentive and friendly without being overbearing, breakfast was not the usual fair, the hotel owner who was also the chef produced something different every morning of our 5 night stay, I asked him if he enjoyed cooking, his response was that it was his hobby and something he really enjoyed doing, the food he produced was of the highest quality. The hotel was situated in an excellent area, within easy walking of major sights, whilst also being in a lovely area and also in a quiet area. I would highly recommend if visiting Venice to stay at this hotel.

This hotel was truly unique. Boutique hotel with beautiful decor and so much charm. Michelin breakfast served by the chef/owner Gianluca. We had to leave very early on our departure day and were going to miss breakfast, but they arranged to greet us in the morning with coffee ready and a packed breakfast for us to go. I have never experienced outstanding service like this!
