Staff was friendly and professional Room dated, didn't like paying for local calls, didn't like unable to have a late check-out.

I like the services of the staff and enjoy the food and drinks offerings at the restaurant. The deck to view the sunrise is a nice addition.

Only a quick stay when Imy airline stranded me. It was great ...wished I could have stayed longer

Very relaxing, very friendly staff, nice and quiet>

The hotel was perfect for us as we prefer quiet. As the island is small you are not away from anything. Unfortunately the only access to the hotel is between a golf course and the speed bumps are over excessive.

The microwave in rhe riom did not work. Sink in bathroom was clogged.

Amazing off the grid hotel/resort to stay at. A little of the main drag but very easy commute to the shops and restaurants!

This was a great and reasonably priced place to stay while visiting Grand Cayman. Even though it is not located on seven mile beach, there are plenty of opportunities to get there. My boyfriend and I took the free shuttle from the hotel to 7 mile beach a couple days. The view is still beautiful along the holiday inn area though. And we were able to snorkel and see starfish right by the dock. We would definitely stay here again!

Good gardens, bridge to walk into water. Not much beach area.

Great place to stay Beautiful view Amazing weather

Holiday inn resort was a delightful surprise! With so many resort options to choose from in Cayman, we decided to go ahead with this property and boy we were so happy that we did. Here’s why- 1. The front desk staff are very warm, welcoming and helpful especially Renoir who went out of his way to help us with a last minute tour! He made our stay seamless! The community along with the pet dog and cat will make you feel like its a home away from home. 2. The rooms are massive. We booked king ocean view room and we had our own living room, bedroom, 2 TVs, huge washroom, kitchen, all amenities we can possibly hope for. 3. The view is stunning. Yes, there is seaweed in the water there which makes it impossible to swim there but they provide free shuttle to and from seven mile beach and other popular spots! 4. Driftwood bar and grill on property has great carribean flavours such as mango chicken wings and pina colada french toast! 5. Live entertainment at the property and pool are icing on top! 6. Popular golf course right next to resort and free pickleball for guests! Overall, i would give it 6 out of 5 if i could! Very very pleased and happy. :)
