Great service, clean rooms, we booked 3 rooms for the family and loved that the hotel included breakfast. A plus is that the hotel has air conditioning.

The hotel was great, the staff, the amenities, very clean, great daily warm breakfast nice spread, coffee & tea, they have a 5 gallon water tank where you can fill up your own water bottle. Free laundry all you need to do is buy or bring your own detergent & softner. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants, bars. Great location, I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

The room was spotless. The beds were very comfortable and the location was perfect. The only negative is the walls allow you to hear your neighbors.

The room if clean and all basic amenities supplied. It is a small room, but it met our needs. Staff is courteous. Breakfast is a hot breakfast buffet with regional cuisine.

Courteous staff, clean room, and the complimentary breakfast was quite good Walking distance from the Centro Historico and Barrio Jalatlaca. Excellent dining options nearby, as well as food markets. My one dislike is that the room and bathroom were too compact. But overall good for the price.

Is a very noisy hotel. You can even hear the conversations from your room.

It was the only hotel available so we had no choice. Not the best.

Clean rooms/friendly staff/ good breakfast. Walls are very thin so you will hear everytime neighbor takes a phone call at 5am on speakerphone like mine did everyday. Not the hotels fault just terrible neighbors

Terrible place. Completely overpriced. Walls are very thin. You can hear the neighbours talking and snoring. We hand a terrible time.

Hotel very close to zócalo and mercado área, it was at a walk able distance.
