Need a better system to access the rooms through the elevators. The card system they use is very time-consuming

They should change the carpets of the rooms,they are dirty,not good for alergic people,too much acaros..

Comfortable hotel. Decent breakfast. Nice gym and nice rooms. Only downside was the smoke detector in the room has a bright flashing light which is a bit frustrating when trying to sleep at night

Relative to the other options and region this hotel is fantastic. I spent 2 weeks at the Sheraton. Serviceable gym, nice pool deck, lounge, and good restaurant. A 20 min walk to "city center". The service was a bit slow but this may be more of a cultural difference than a deficiency of staff. My Spanish is very limited and there was almost always a front desk employee which could speak English. The hotel was very clean and staff was helpful. The only negative was that room service would always turn off my AC and I would come back to a very warm room. After speaking with others staying at different hotels, I'm almost certain the Sheraton is the nicest hotel in Tucuman.

Look no further, the nicest place in town. Safe, clean, modern, and very helpful staff. Great food options in the lobby cafe and in the restaurant. Would stay again.

Fabulous hotel with huge rooms, we had a great view of the park. Lovely restaurant with good quality meals. We really liked the comfortable Bar area in the foyer. Free wifi was excellent. Quite a few staff spoke English and were very helpful with advice on the local area. Very good service from all staff members.

Stayed two nights. Hotel is very nice, very clean, friendly staff. Attached casino. Not much in the neighborhood, except another hotel with another casino. Stayed on the club floor, but the club lounge is unattended and amenities, including food, are minimal -- some cookies/sweets, one variety of tea sandwiches, a thermos of coffee and hot water, no bottle opener, no napkins, etc. Wine glasses, but no wine. A mini-frig smaller than many in-room refrigs. Single computer with a printer that had no ink. Hardly worth the effort. Breakfast is fine, basic buffet, nicely arranged. Would stay again.

Friendly checkin recepcionist made me feel welcome right away. Parkside location was great -- removed a bit from the center of town, but quieter because of it.
