Great hotel. Great location and Clean. Highly recommended

Hotel is clean and staff were friendly. Short walk from the train station, but a longer walk into Matsue itself and around 30 minutes walk to the castle. Some dining options around the hotel and the area is nice.

Variety of Japanese and western food. The staff was very attentive to replenishing urns ahead of time, taking away our trays, cleaning the tables, etc. the quality of the food was excellent. No complaints!

The position of the TV in my room is placed at an angle which makes it difficult to watch TV on the bed.

Great breakfast. The automatic coffee bar actually had GOOD coffee! A plus for this American visitor! Staff were efficient and professional. Most of the restaurants were for reservations only, so it was challenging to find a good place to eat.

It’s free to use a Landry (wash only). Dryer is also available for 100 yen. Very convenient!

Great place to stay in Matsue. Super close to the train station, an easy 15-20 min walk to the Castle District. Lots of good restaurants and konbini available nearby. Rooms are small but very comfortable. Hotel is very clean and well-run. A great place to stay.

Hotel is very well located for the train station and city center. Room has no outward telephone only incoming calls, this is very annoying.

It near the JR station, got ice cream and Yakult in lobby. Free ramen at night. In room fridge also have gift pear jelly and water. Will stay again in this hotel.

The room was clean and wide enough for two persons (twin bed room) with respect to a Japanese hotel standard. Location was good. 3~5 min walk from Matsue station and 20 min walk to Matsue castle. Breakfast was fine. Although a western-style bread, egg and coffee breakfast was available, I took Japanese local foods, soba and freshwater clam miso soup.

Good - Very clean property with the required room facilities. Not so gd - very very small room and a super small bathtub. Which you can only sit. (Btw my height is 150cm only)

The room was very comfortable and the reception staff were very friendly. Dormy Inn was also close to the train station. I would stay there again.

Great visit. Window doesn’t open and has a view of the wall of the neighbouring building.

Overall, the Hotel is sufficient for one night but not more than that. The beds are too small and extremely uncomfortable. Everything else was good and the location is good for a day in Matsue.

Room large enough, and bed could be moved away from the wall. Breakfast good with Western choices as well as Japanese. Mobile phone etc charger available on loan, and microwave as well as drinks machine and washing machines. Near station. Good value

Very nice hotel, with great breakfast and free soba at night. Would have been perfect if the bed was a little bit more comfortable.

Nice room. The buffet breakfast was so great. Eggs and French toast - and tempura and soba noodles- such a great variety and cooked up fresh on the spot. Mini- refrigerator in room. Microwave available in vending area.
