Excellent stay – highly recommended! I stayed at this property for 2 nights, and I must say everything was perfect—from check-in to check-out. The staff is extremely kind, polite, and always ready to help. The rooms are very well-maintained, neat, and tidy, with a great view. The food was absolutely delicious. I had the pleasure of meeting the Chef during breakfast—the spread was impressive, and special credit goes to Corporate Chef Naved & his team for such a wonderful experience. A special mention to the entire hotel team for their warm hospitality. I would also like to appreciate the female security staff at the entrance—greet you with a smile, efficiently manage security checks, and ensure you are escorted to the elevator, which adds a very thoughtful touch. The room rates are quite reasonable considering the excellent service and facilities provided. Overall, a fantastic experience—I would definitely recommend this property and look forward to staying here again!

Nice hotel close to Goregaon area of Mumbai and close to a huge mall. Found it conveniently located to commute by train. We got upgraded to deluxe room on request as it was not too busy. The shower was a big disappointment as the water did not drain fast and found myself showering in puddle of water. Breakfast option was good with good choice from cereal to hot cooked food. The windows need a clean from the outside, although this is common problem with maintenance. Found turning lights off in the night a challenge as the switch is literally hidden and located under the headboard which is also covered by the mattress. Found that any sudden movement will turn on/off the lights, very bad design. Had to call the receptionist to be told where they were located. A simple sticker pointing to the switch would have helped.

I had a wonderful dining experience thanks to Supriya and her exceptional food service. From the moment we were seated, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. She took the time to understand our preferences and made excellent recommendations that turned out to be absolutely delicious. The food itself was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What truly elevated the experience, though, was Supriya’s attention to detail and her commitment to ensuring everything was perfect for us. She checked in at just the right moments without being intrusive, and her friendly demeanor made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. It’s rare to come across service that feels so personal and thoughtful. Supriya clearly takes pride in her work, and it shows in every interaction. I would highly recommend dining here, and I hope to be served by her again in the future!

I have booked Residency Sarovar Portico Malad, Mumbai from Feb 23, 2026 to Feb 27, 2026 for my Uncle & Aunt. Booking is done directly through the Hotel. While booking we were assured King bed but after checking in we realised it's a Queen bed. My uncle being tall is uncomfortable as his legs are staying well beyond bed. To our surprise Hotel is unable to manage Footstool even. Also Hotel claims to be 4* but the fridge in the room was not present and after asking hotel staff managed to install a fridge. Even safe was not working and had to be replaced. Overall it's one of avoidable property by Sarovar Portico.
