The hotel is very clean, the room size was good enough, breakfast was so good too, the receptionist was helpful. I could entrust my luggage until night when I checked out, so pleased and will stay again when I'm back to Osaka.

Room way too small, bed was way too firm, staff needs to speak better english. Location was very strategic.

The deluxe room was great, it has a massage chair. The room is the typical Japanese size, which is small. It also has an onsen facility but I didn't manage to enjoy it. The Japanese food was okay
