Good hotel, a bit noisy at times. Breakfast was good but also loud breakfast room. Cocktail in the bar was disappointing. Should have picked a different one

O café da manhã é excelente. Muita variedade, incluindo frutas frescas. Os quartos são antigos e poderiam estar mais atualizados. O serviço é bom. A área da piscina quente é apropriada para adultos e crianças.

Friendly staff and amazing location just few min away from city centre. We love the peaceful outdoor, greenery, birds, playlist, feels like we are in the country side, and the beautiful and romantic fireplace. We will definitely go back

I loved that I was like 3 minutes walking away from the centrum but the location and the construction of the hotel is like you are staying far in the montains.It was my first time in Gramado.I was there for Festuris.But will return and this time with my family and will stay again at Hotel Recanto da Serra

Walking distance to town yet secluded and picturesque location. Very attentive staff and hotel facilities excellent in almost all aspects. Car access is 'interesting'! with steep curved driveway. Gramado -Not often I recommend a visit to somewhere, but this place deserves a mention. Someone mysteriously transplanted an alpine town from Switzerland to one a half hours drive North of Porto Alegre in Brazil. (Two hours if you follow the signs!) Guess its most women’s idea of heaven. Chocolate shops, shoe shops, jewellery, shoe shops, exclusive house furnishing shops, shoe shops bag shops, shoe shops, clothes shops, shoe shops, restaurants, shoe shops, hotels and did I mention shoe shops? The Swiss style buildings against a forested backdrop and luckily for us all the Christmas decorations in situ made for a picturesque exceptional few days.

Café da manhã incrível, toda estrutura do hotel muito bem cuidada, limpo, agradável… Funcionários super simpáticos e dedicados. Piscina aquecida realmente quentinha, enfim, ótima escolha para nós que estávamos com nossas filhas pequenas.
