We booked a couple of nights at this property. There are two buildings, the main one where the reception is located and another building close by where we stayed the first night. As we arrived on a Friday evening, we had a room on the first floor of the annex which has a bar under it that closes at 2am so we could not sleep until then. We found out that it only closes that late on Fridays and Saturdays so we asked to be moved for the second night. If you stay on all other nights, Sunday to Tue is closed and on the other nights it closes at 11pm so not a huge issue. The hotel needs a bit of a refurb as the rooms are dated and the windows should at least be replaced with double glazing to help with the noise. There is a free car park close by and the town is walking distance.

Not much to say.

This is an older property and fairly run down. The property manager did keep it “quaint” and safe. The worst part was the street night club that sets up right next to the building each night. The pounding music was so loud that it literally shook the building. A decent night’s sleep was impossible.

The room was old style but clean and peaceful. Staff was very kind and helpful!

Booked to stay at the Lacko hotel Lidköping, had to check in across the road at the stadt hotel. Got there and they told us the Lacko hotel was closed and thar we were staying at the stadt instead. The room we booked a suite was nice and large with a sofa table and chairs. It’s an old hotel in need of refurbishment. There was an espresso machine in the room but no capsules no coffee or tea facilities, the soap for the sink and for the bath had runout only 1 dressing gown very few towels. There was a tv in the main room and a tv in the bedroom which was nice.

The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast selection was good. The room itself wasn't great. There was no shower curtain, so as expected the bathroom floor was covered in water afterwards. A blackout curtain would have been nice for this time of year when the days are long. There is a black curtain but no pulldown blind to truely blockout the light. The bed was reasonably comfortable and a decent tv was available.

The location was perfect and the restaurant had marvelous local foods. Would highly recommend this to anyone staying in the area.

Vi kom dit när det var 27 grader varmt ute, vilket det även var inomhus. Det fanns en golvfläkt men den hjälpte föga. Natten var otroligt varmt, trots öppna fönster. Fick dock stänga alla fönster pga hög ljudnivå utomhus. Fanns inte heller några mörkläggande gardiner, vilket hade varit önskvärt för att båda hålla värmen ute och hålla rummet mörkt under natten. Gardinerna som fanns gjorde det inte mörkt i rummet. Väldigt slitet hotell och man fick mer känsla av ett hostel än hotell. Uppfattade inte vid bokningen att frukost och check-in var i ett annat hotell, men dessa låg väldigt nära varandra så det var inga problem. Men skulle kunna förtydligas på hemsidan. Frukosten var okej med det mesta man kan önska av en hotellfrukost.

Kaffemaskin på hotellet trasigt. Hade varit bra om ni ställt in termos med kaffe på eftermiddagarna. Nu blev vi erbjudna kaffe på hotell Stadt vilket var okey. Måste anmäla om man vill ha städning. Vi satte handdukar på golvet men det funkade ej. Måste beställa städning. Ville bara ha nya handdukar men nu fick vi nya sängkläder med. Borde informeras före. Annars var det lugnt o bra. Croissanter till frukost hade varit gott. Annars fanns allt.

Frukisrencar god. Personalen var hjälpsam och trevliga.

Hotell Läckö levde inte upp till förväntningarna enligt bilder och beskrivning på webben. Kändes mycket slitet och en del trasiga detaljer i rummet (handtag till garderob, gardinhållare…) Dåligt städat. Golvet kändes ”smuligt” och det var flera långa hårstrån på handdukar och på badrummet. Kommer inte att bo där igen!

Älskar att man har möblerat med äldre möbler. Sköna sängar (är kräsen pga dålig rygg)

Mycket mysigt och prisvärt hotel som vi bokade för en minibreak i Lidköping. Frukost serveras på stadshotellet. Det var mycket lugnt och vi kunde avkoppla utan problem.

Hotellet är ett annex till Stadshotellet, där receptionen är och där man äter frukost. Det går bra men kan gärna framgå från början. Hotellet borde därmed nog vara något billigare än Stadshotellet och inte tvärtom.

God service og stilig rom, men mye bråk fra nattklubb.
