Solid 4 stars hotel with a great beach club which makes all the difference. The property is well maintained with very friendly staff. Probably your best option in Buzios.

The hotel is located in a nice area with wonderful views of the ocean. The landscape and common spaces are nicely appointed. The staff was attentive and helpful but not overly friendly. Breakfast was great with good coffee and large selection of food. The beach section is kind of small and people from the beach club next door would move the chairs to our side blocking all the view. The beach chairs and umbrellas were packed too closed together.The main downdside for me was the quality and cleanliness of the room wasn't all that great. The rooms are very small and it wasn't througly cleaned when we arrived. On top of that, we had issues with our toilet on the first night which left the restroom unusable until the next morning when they sent someone to repair however problem persisted during our entire stay which was really annoying but they didn't seem very concerned of the inconvenience this caused us.

Everything was great except the shower. It changes temperature every 10 seconds making it almost impossible to have a nice shower. The beach club is really good!

Be ready for a few steps up and down the hotel. If you have difficulty walking, or you are an elderly person, I would not recommend staying here. Otherwise, it is a great hotel and location.

Hotel is fantastic! Employees are very helpful and kindness ready to to go beyond to accommodate the guests. Breakfast is amazing! Will returned soon.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff was always friendly, the room was nice and clean. I loved the convenience of the club right at the beach. The food was delicious! The view is priceless!! There are lots of steps to get to the rooms, but it is part of Búzios tradition and atmosphere. Very nice!

Love location and views didn’t like too many steps or all the ants all around

We really liked it but there were two draw backs. The fan of the beach club restaurant is very good hearable at the pool. luckely it is not so bad in the beach sitting area with sand or at the beach it self. The Diesel generator of the Hotel Ville La Plage is really helpful if there is no power, but the exhausten of it, does smell pretty bad. Lukely they only had to use it for an hour or so.

The beach club and its proximity to the beach is highly recommended. The hotel is also very clean and staff is very friendly.

Simple hotel with nice amenities and convenient locatio. The rooms access is so steep that many people can't reach those rooms and it is dangerous and slippery when it's wet!!

I loved being w my friends here. Was nice. A lot of steps to the place which could be hinderance to some but not to us. We thought view was worth it.

The location of this hotel was beyond spectacular. The views and proximity to the beach were unbeatable. There are however a lot of stairs, the rooms were small and not updated and the staff wasn't very friendly at the hotel. However the breakfast was very nice and the amenities were fabulous. I don't recommend eating at the resort because it was very pricey but the views are something you will never forget. The wifi works but only near the lobby. Go there. You will for sure love it.

Es un hotel práctico, desayuno muy rico

Lugar maravilhoso que passa aquela sensação boa de paz e tranquilidade, bom para relaxar e escapar do estresse.

O café da manhã é maravilhoso e os funcionários super atenciosos. o clube na praia é maravilhoso! Localização também! Os pontos negativos foram o travesseiro e o colchão. Muito ruins para dormir. E as escadas! Socorro! Muita escada.
