Great country hotel in Waratah. We paid extra for the ensuite room. Very clean and cosy. Pub meals were good. Great chicken snitzels!! Self serve breakfast cereal, toast, tea & coffee!

We had a very comfortable stay at the Bischoff Hotel. Ensuite room was good, bar was well stocked and meals were great. Would highly recommend. Only downside were the stairs when carrying piles of luggage to the rooms.

We had a very comfortable bed, nicely appointed room. The hotel was very quite, and we enjoyed an excellent sleep. The included continental breakfast was very good.

The Bischoff Hotel is perfectly situated in Waratah, right in front of the beautiful Cascade Falls. Our room was clean and well-equipped with all the essential amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. What truly made our experience special was the friendly and welcoming staff. We enjoyed lively conversations with both the team and fellow guests in the restaurant, swapping travel tips and stories. It felt like being part of a community rather than just another hotel stay. Thanks to its great location, warm hospitality, and cozy atmosphere, the Bischoff Hotel has become our go-to place whenever we return to explore Cradle Mountain and the surrounding area. Highly recommended!

Pleasant place lots of shared spars!

Overall a good budget stay withing reasonable driving distance from Cradle mountain. Room and bathrooms felt clean, simple "kitchen area" (fridge, sink, kettle, microwave) Friendly staff and good "pub food". The building could do with a bit more maintenance, but still a decent place for a few nights

Lovely old pub with alot of charm. Rooms were smaller but very comfortable. The town is lovely. It had single sex shared bathroom that was spotless and a community kitchen that was well stocked. The meals were great

The room was clean, good staff service, amenities clean and functional. Guest kitchen was good. Beautiful location. Continental breakfast included, or well priced cooked meals available.

All great but especially enjoyed the banter with the bar staff & locals
