Stayed in Unit 12 (king room) on our way through town. Bedroom was small but spotless! Bathroom had been recently renovated with a cool lighted mirror and was the cleanest of any place I’ve ever payed to stay. Quiet and very reasonably priced. Would definitely stay there again!

This is my go-to lodging when passing through hot springs. The rooms are minimal and clean , perfect for a night passing through town. It’s far enough from the main drag that you don’t get a lot of tourists / but close enough to walk to all the restaurants.

Great older property. Combination on door, no desk check in. Can check in anytime after 3 pm. Very easy to add a night. Loved the tile bathroom and retro style.

The property is an older motor hotel that’s been renovated. Quiet and located just north of city center. We stayed in the cottage (#16), and found the accommodations met our needs for our short stay. Would stay here again.

Know what you're getting if you stay here. The pictures of property are old and misleading. Had high expectations based off of both this site and Gold Inn's website. The room was mostly what we expected, clean, however there were some basic upkeeping that should be done. There are weeds in all the cracks and the outdoor seating area is unappealing. There's NO pool - they filled it in and NO breakfast, although both are advertised. Contactless check in isn't an option, its the only way. The only contact for items needed etc is via texting. The two guys working there weren't unkind, but almost seemed like we were a bother when we walked around and asked a question. The room was fine, but we were very disappointed as it was not what was advertised.

Extremely tiny room. Did not look like online photo. No staff available on the property. Received a text message to "text" with any questions. I did like that parking was available.

Beautiful and peaceful property. Very quiet and inviting. The room was very, very clean and professionally prepared a guest.

The owners went out of their way to help and were very kind! This was best value in Hor Springs! All the rooms have been remoldeled and done nicely!

Room was clean and nicely decorated. Very small. Would have been nice to have a second chair to set in.Bathroom very nice. Tub very nice and relaxing. No staff around to assist. Toilet paper ran out and none available in the room.

Retro motel stay, quiet, close to downtown. New bathrooms and nice bedroom, no hassle check in. Dog run for your dog with all you need to take care of business.

It seems to be under new management since last I was there. The charm is gone and the rooms are more motel-ly. The bathroom tile was still impeccably clean though and I loved the addition of the pet area.

Great place to stay in Hot Springs, just 15 minute walking distance from the Arlington and everything. Have been here twice now and it's been clean, quiet and comfortable each time.

The room it self was nice and clean, the bed was a little uncomfortable for us but other than that it was fine. The area of location was a little ran down but it’s not far from the strip and we had no problems with anyone

Let me start by saying room was clean & updated, but that's where the good part ends... the person in the office acted like we were bothering her when we went in. It was the most uncomfortable bed we ever slept in. It would have probably been more comfortable on the floor, the TV did not work right and no remote to use on it that actually worked on the said TV, couldn't even watch from our Netflix account because it would try to download then tell us it couldn't... I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE... you should find another place.. don't understand how they got good ratings at all...

When we pulled up at night we had our reservations, but the room was absolutely charming. We were in room 16 and it was perfect- had everything we needed and even updated AC and bathroom. We traveled throughout the Midwest, and as college students we wanted to make sure we weren’t break the bank: this was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip. Don’t mind the bad reviews; book it!
