The manager was extremely helpful with accommodating us after we were forced to abandon our booking at another fleabag establishment that would've been rated as disgusting in a 3rd world country. We were booked and had the key inside 20 minutes of making last minute phone calls to find another room, not an easy task during school holidays. The manager took the time to offer an inspection of the room which proved to be extremely neat and tidy and exceptionally clean. The bed was comfortable compared to most (even though I'm fussy and like a rock hard bed), and amenities and equipment such as the lighting, bathroom, TV, air con etc were all in excellent order. Dining options are available across the road and a petrol station within a stone's throw away. The two days spent here were relaxing and comfortable and would make a wonderful base for a longer stay if required. I can't speak highly enough of the pleasant and efficient service from management. Highly recommended.

Staff very helpful. I broke a glass bottle while moving into the room and they came straight away and helped me clean up. Parking is undercover. Found the bed really good.

Great stay, room was clean and tidy with comfy bed and pillows. Amenities were great. Outside of premises clean and tidy. People at reception were lovely and super helpful.

Staff are always pleasant and accommodating. The premises are clean, spacious and not far too CBD, can even walk to dining options.

Bed wasnt comfortable, gave me back ache having alept in it for 2 nights. Not enough tiolet paper in the room for 2 days. Had to ask for another pillow as advertised only one on the bed. Cleaners didnt clean the room, used same towels for 2 days. Fan in bathroom sounded like a freight train. The shampoo was low grade, no conditioner or body wash in the room. Hardly any milk for tea ans coffee, just 4 small pods. Tea was cheap and nasty and tasted awful.

I stay here a few times a year, the staff are always friendly and remember me, the rooms are always clean without any issues. And close to restaurants and central to everything.

I was given a room suitable for someone with a wheelchair which was fine quite spacious in the room. The bathroom though is not renovated like the other rooms and bench space is not as good.
