Check in was easy, the staff were very helpful, although the room was a bit small but the staff were okay. Because the room was newly renovated. 5 minutes from Ueda Nagano Station. There are many soba restaurants around the hotel. Although the price is a bit pricy, breakfast suits my taste. Although there are not many choices. Nice place to stay

Love it, in the centre of Ueda, and closed every where. Just 1 minute walk to Ueda station. You could use Shinkansen from here to Nagano or Tokyo. The room very clean, but small enough. And very comfortable. The staff very helpful
