Definitely needs a facelift, nothing been done for a while but it’s prices have gone up

Food outlets next door should carry a health warning with them. Positively the worst food we have ever had. Breakfast at the hotel wasn’t much better. Management should take a long look at this one.

Room are big modern and night staff very friendly. Rooms well cleaned but one of our rooms the toilet smelled. Car park is big front and back and have 12 tesla supercharger at the back. Price does family (as need two rooms) vee reasonable and breakfast included which was very nice

This is not as good up as previous Ibis Styles hotels we have stayed at, but it was in a good location for travelling to the Caen ferry. The room was small but fine for one night, the receptionist friendly and it was very quiet. Due to Covid restrictions we had a limited choice of places to eat, but we managed with a takeaway from the Paul nearby.

the hotel is old, with disgusting smell. It was impossible to be in the room. Additionally no clear sign how to get there from the highway. Wasted 1 hour. Tip: to turn to Shell station, park there and walk 1 min.

Acces close to the auto route is very good. 24 hrs reception

Hotel was ok last minute booking. The only things wrong I found were the room was very small also the breakfast could do with something hot and more choice

I booked this hotel online to stay in Niort in the Poitou Charentes region of France on our way to Spain. Up it came as Hotel Ibis Styles Niort Poitou Charentes. However when we reached Niort, it turned out we were not at the right hotel although it was an Hotel Ibis Styles In Niort. The one I booked, apparently was 8 km away in another town called Vouilles. At this stage it was 8.30 pm, we had been up since 6.00 am & had driven for about 7 hours through the rain, we were too tired to go any further & to try & find this hotel in the dark in an unknown area. We decided to cut our losses & stay at the Ibis in Niort. So we lost £54. The hotel was very good but we were very fed up with the confusion that caused us to lose money

Convenient for AutoRoute over-night. Good breakfast included in our rate, a couple of options for dinner in the AutoRoute Services Area. Comfortable beds and air conditioning in room. Very friendly staff speaking French and English

Situation en centre ville mais tres calme et place pour se garer devant l'hotel

A part les restaurant d'autoroute, ce secteur n'offre pas beaucoup de restaurant l'accueil et l'hotel etaient trés bien

Hôtel bruyant du coté de l'autoroute obligé d'aller faire le tour a la sortie situé 7 KM après pour repartir dans l'autre sens. Sinon la personne de l'accueil était super sympathique. Pour ce qui est de la restauration il ne faut surtout pas aller manger au restaurant qui est a coté de l'hôtel car je n'ai jamais manger aussi mal de ma vie

Je déconseille : chambre ne sentant pas bon du tout . Drap taché. Mauvaise isolation. Murs tachés.Ibis style pas du tout à la hauteur de ceux fréquentés habituellement car normalement c’est une valeur sure . Extrêmement déçue . Seul le veilleur de nuit vu à mon départ à 05h00 a relevé le niveau de l’hôtel par sa gentillesse et sa prévenance .
