Great location, newer beds and linens, the portion to where we stayed seemed to be recent renovated. Only downfall was the breakfast, I would expect nicker and fresh bread for the price, cheese bread was hard as a rock and some eggs packed (sort of if) dry as well. I want to pointed out that we got to the breakfast room at 9:15am on Sunday and they were closing at 10:00am.

A good hotel with nice outdoor area with a small pool in the midst of a concrete city. Good as a stop over for trips to Pantanal as Cuiaba not really a tourist destination in it's own right.

A oasis in the middle of the city , feels like home and the breakfast is a feast in the morning. Always stay there any time I’m in Cuiabá.

Extremely comfortable and clean hotel with friendly staff

The people from the lobby was very sweet and friendly also the ladies from the breakfast area.that was it,my room never got clean , I have to ask for soap and towels.the ladies Who was in charge of cleaning my room never replace my cups, and didn't take the dirty ones or the trash out :( change room twice because of the water in the shower was licking all over the bathroom and same problem on the other also.ps: excellent staff.

I stayed here twice. Once on my way into The Pantanal, and once on the way out. The hotel is nice, staff is friendly. Very good breakfast selection. Good Wifi. I would recommend it.

Food in hotel a little pricey but well done

We stayed at the Amazon Plaza the night before leaving for a Pantanal trip, so was a good place to stay for that. The room was very spacious, and staff very helpful. The swimming pool area was being refurbished at the time we were staying, so we couldn't use it, but the lady on reception said that we could use the pool in another hotel (we didn't take up the offer). Breakfast selection was good, and the room very beautifully decorated.

Great value, plus excellent hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was immaculately clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable and the remote control AC cooled the room off within minutes of arriving - very efficient. Showers had good water pressure and wide range of temperature control. Patio and pool were being remodeled, so no comment on that, but it didn't affect our stay. It will be nice once complete. Breakfast was delicious, lots of variety! Walking distance from all of the sights.

Very comfy beds and nice breakfast. 15 mins by car from airport, 10-15 mins walk to excellent local restaurant. Pool and bar were closed for renovation, we were disappointed that we weren't told this when we booked. Nice breakfast.

A good hotel in a convenient location.

Average hotel for an average price. Staff was very attentive with check-in, parking and breakfast. It is an older hotel and rooms were quite outdated and basic, but clean. Breakfast was good with a wider selection of food than others we've stayed at in this price range. Overall, a decent value for the money for a one night stay.

Um hotel bacana

Hotel desorganizado! A 1 ano em obras. Barulho insuportável! Chegando lá, solicitei um drink e q atendente disse que não sabia fazer que ia buscar pela internet 😳. Pedi uma parmeghiana e veio com a carne QUEIMADA. O Café da manhã com pão dormido, duro e seco, a máquina de café não funcionava. Funcionária da tapioca com uma cara de extremo mal humor, nem bom dia dava. Na limpeza do quarto a camareira jogou fora um produto de sachê de creme de rosto caríssimo que minha esposa abre, e usa por uma semana e era o primeiro dia que tinha aberto. Resumindo, um desastre!
