I always stay here and have had good experience. This time however I was given a room without any windows. It wasnt clear during the time of booking that the room has no windows. Only said compact.

The Rom was perfekt.it hade been nice if a minibar hade been in place . Information absurt the TV Was missing.

Next to mall. Next to train station. Next to stadium. Lots to do within walking distance.

Room was spacious. Staff was courteous and very helpful. Very close to the Mall of Scandinavia and the arena. It is a family hotel.

Very little parking €60 to park in a public car park next door, no restaurant despite description stating there was one, no drinks or vending machines in Lobby.

Checking in was a breeze, the staff were super helpful. The room was lovely and clean. The food in the restaurant was delicious, it could have a bigger menu but what I got was ample and very tasty.

Very nice location as it was minutes from the metro and the city center. Having the Westfield Mall next door was quite convenient as it offers lot of dining options. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

No stairs to walk, when evalvator were full. Tried to ealk from floor6 to 4, but blocked with ”nödutgång” at 5!! Too crowdy at breakfast, no plates/trays available, people started to take from the ”dirtyä tray stand. Solution is to book a number of people for sesting different time.

Service staff was very friendly and helpful and location was excellent BUT room 917 - No Fridge No Kettle No Mineral water No Aircon (stuffy) No Fan Itchy bed and mattress kept sliding ofd the bed.

If you plan to tour Stockholm, I would say this hotel is just okay. First “on sight parking” actually means there are two parking garages within walking distance that you can pay to park in. Tack on at least $25/day for parking in addition to the hotel cost. The address listed for the hotel led me to a loading dock for the arena. The entrance to the hotel is actually close to the VIP entrance of the arena. It took me a while to find it, I dropped off my family with the luggage and then parking in the garage and walked back to the hotel. The free breakfast made up for the check in line wrapping around the hotel lobby. Getting in the door was a headache. But then that breakfast the next morning was amazing. Any food choice we could imagine was there. Definitely the best part! Another note, Solna Centrum is the train station you want, not Solna Center. They are very different stops about 35min walk apart.

Overall a pleasant stay at this hotel. Room was in only ok condition (bit of damage to walls, tv not working etc), very clean though. Very good options for breakfast, best part of the stay.

Very uncomfortable beds and our shower did not work. Over 30 min before someone came up to check the problem

This is a great hotel in a fantastic location. It is right next to the Scandinavian mall which was ideal as me and my partner are huge KFC fans. We actually went there every night after drinking and spent 300 Swedish dollars a visit. My main two criticisms of the hotel would be firstly the air conditioning in the room was essentially non existent. Secondly (and this would be my main complaint) the spoon provided at the breakfast buffet for serving beans was an absolutely ludicrous choice. I would describe it more as a soup ladle. This caused serious havoc on my plate and I was barely able to get any actual beans on to my plate due to the basin being almost emptied. A more suitable spoon would have allowed me to get the remaining beans out of the corners of the pot. The bean to sauce ratio as a result on my plate was dramatically out of balance and my scrambled eggs ended up saturated. Could someone from the hotel please let me know if this can be rectified otherwise I wouldnt consider staying again. Thanks, Mikey
