Very clean room and bathroom. Friendly staff, amazing breakfast and very centrally located. Easy access to entertainment and transportation. Will definitely come back and highly recommend this location.

Loved Evething about the hotel.

This hotel was a welcome change after the bad experience with another accommodation that did not live up to expectations.. A couple of things tho: room was small, bathroom was smaller but thankfully it was serviceable, safe and quiet. Definitely recommend if you’re low-key and want a nice room in a nice area.

Breakfast too crowded , Always a Line for Everything. Card Never worked in the Elevator, Other than that it was ok .

We have been staying at this location twice a year for the last 10 years. It is close to our family and it is centrally located. In the past service was great. BUT the last few visits, the quality of the hotel has started to slip. Little things at first, food in the restaurant and overall service at the front desk. But this last visit was just trouble!!!!! Check in was really slow, internet was lacking and the food was disappointing to say the least. But the worst thing was the fact that our hotel room was not even cleaned for the last two days of our visit..I can understand the first day maybe because we left the room afternoon to visit our family etc. But the last night we were out of the hotel room before 10am and was back after 10 pm that night. We had to come down after getting back to get bath tissue, towels and soap because we didn't have any. We let the front desk know and they really didn't seem to care. This hotel had become our home away from home previously , so it really had saddened us to the bad service and lack of caring. So when we come back to Brazil in the fall, we will have to go stay somewhere else.....

The staff was great and our stay was great also. We felt safe with the cleaning process

Very happy with this hotel. Very new so in excellent condition. Staff were helpful especially when I was under-the-weather. Nice hotel. There's a Budget Ibis right next door so make sure you know which one you have booked :)

Preco e Qualidade, justos

O atendimento foi excelente. O café é muito, seguindo o padrão de outros hotéis. O preço por este café e bem salgado. O estacionamento é seguro, mas também muito caro. Sobre a limpeza, ficou muito a desejar. O meu frigobar estava repleto de lanches esquecidos por outros hóspedes. :/

A equipe foi bem simpática, desde a recepção até as camareiras. O quarto estava limpo quando cheguei, porém não tive o pedido de limpeza atendido depois de seguir as instruções para solicitar uma nova. O café da manhã é bem farto e cheio de opções. No geral, foi uma boa experiência.

Chuveiro ficava variando temperatura, foi o ponto negativo. Café da manhã muito bom, vale muito!!!

Cumpre o que promete — nem mais, nem menos O Ibis Savassi é exatamente o que se espera de um hotel da rede: quartos funcionais, limpos e bem localizados, no coração de um dos bairros mais agitados de Belo Horizonte. Para quem vai a BH a trabalho ou quer uma base confortável para explorar a cidade, atende bem. A localização é, sem dúvida, o ponto mais forte — restaurantes, bares e o comércio do Savassi estão a poucos passos. O check-in é rápido e sem complicações. Por outro lado, não espere surpresas positivas: o café da manhã é simples, os quartos são compactos e o isolamento acústico deixa a desejar em um bairro tão movimentado. Nada que desaponte quem já conhece o padrão da rede, mas pode frustrar quem busca algo além do básico. Custo-benefício razoável para a região. Um hotel sem glamour, mas confiável.
