Good for some days

Loved Evething about the hotel.

This hotel was a welcome change after the bad experience with another accommodation that did not live up to expectations.. A couple of things tho: room was small, bathroom was smaller but thankfully it was serviceable, safe and quiet. Definitely recommend if you’re low-key and want a nice room in a nice area.

Breakfast too crowded , Always a Line for Everything. Card Never worked in the Elevator, Other than that it was ok .

We have been staying at this location twice a year for the last 10 years. It is close to our family and it is centrally located. In the past service was great. BUT the last few visits, the quality of the hotel has started to slip. Little things at first, food in the restaurant and overall service at the front desk. But this last visit was just trouble!!!!! Check in was really slow, internet was lacking and the food was disappointing to say the least. But the worst thing was the fact that our hotel room was not even cleaned for the last two days of our visit..I can understand the first day maybe because we left the room afternoon to visit our family etc. But the last night we were out of the hotel room before 10am and was back after 10 pm that night. We had to come down after getting back to get bath tissue, towels and soap because we didn't have any. We let the front desk know and they really didn't seem to care. This hotel had become our home away from home previously , so it really had saddened us to the bad service and lack of caring. So when we come back to Brazil in the fall, we will have to go stay somewhere else.....

The staff was great and our stay was great also. We felt safe with the cleaning process

Ibis has everything you need on a hotel, good shower, god bed and nice location.

Very happy with this hotel. Very new so in excellent condition. Staff were helpful especially when I was under-the-weather. Nice hotel. There's a Budget Ibis right next door so make sure you know which one you have booked :)

Location was not the best, but nice hotel and nice rooms.

Ontem ao realizar check in no hotel fomos direcionados para um quarto no 16 andar, ao chegar no quarto que fomos direcionados conferi a numeração na porta e coloquei o cartão para abrir, porta foi liberada e para a minha surpresa havia uma pessoa no quarto, levamos um susto e mais uma vez conferimos a numeração na porta, tudo conferia, na mesma hora fomos até a recepção e informamos o ocorrido, fomos então direcionados para um novo quarto onde ficamos hospedados, porém permanecemos em alerta de sermos surpreendidos em algum momento com alguém também entrando em nosso quarto, acredito que o atendimento e check in deve ser revisto pelo hotel, ficamos muito constrangidos e inseguros após o ocorrido.

Confortável e justa como são as estadias em hoteis da rede íbis.

Experiência razoável. É um custo benefício, contudo oferece poucos travesseiros, não possui produtos disponíveis no quarto, como água, refrigerante etc. cheguei 1 hora antes de finalizar o café da manhã e quase não tinha mais nada, não fazem reposição.

O café da manhã tinha hoje ovos mexidos com cheiro e aparência estranha. Reclamei . Trouxeram uma “cortesia” dizendo feito na hora. Tinha o mesmo cheiro desagradável do anterior. Comuniquei que continuava igual e me poupei de ouvir a explicação dada “pela cozinha”

Chuveiro e cama muito bons! Pia do banheiro entupida, assento do vaso ruim (ficava se deslocando, quase caí do vaso). Não disponibilizam toalha de mão/rosto, nem um copinho no quarto, mesmo que de plastico.

Execelente atendimento pelo corpo de funcionários. Parabéns

tive problema com o ar condicionado, porém, prontamente fui trocado de quarto e o problema foi resolvido.
