Avry nice hotel very close to Riyadh business bay , clean with a very good restaurants .

Good location

A wonderful stay, clean, elegant and luxurious. Loved it!

Close to the airport and saved me a lot of time w daily trips back and forth. The hotel amenities are significant with a great gym and breakfast buffet. Very reasonable daily rate and close enough to most of Riyadh. Dinner options are limited. The room was pretty standard for Riyadh which is a compliment. It did smell like smoke.

Hotel with nice facilities (gym), Room are clean and staff is nice. However along the highway, so quite noisy when your room faces the road side.

Everything was good other than i personally prefer a pillow top mattress or something a lot softer

Overall the whole complex is immaculate and exceptionally clean in particular to the reception area. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of both cold & hot foods. My only complaint is in the amount of over attentive staff constantly moving things around and cleaning between the buffet plates for no reason.

The hotel itself was great however customer service left a lot to be desired. When I approached staff about the building works that started at 0300hrs in the morning and did not stop. There reply was ‘you should have booked s garden view room’ unacceptable. The hotel and facilities were excellent but spoilt by the above comments. No offer of a free night or anything.

Great stay. The hotel rooms have been refurbished. The gym is really big. Breakfast buffet is correct.

The hotel has nicely upgraded the rooms since my last visit. The fitness centre is really nice, even though there could be more information about it, and more staff. The hotel could benefit to have one or two more dining options.

Staff are friendly, location is convenient for the airport, Business Gate complex etc. Hot-and-cold running football on lobby lounge TV's a plus. And room service is VERY good value - huge portions! The hotel itself is a bit tired though, and in need of an upgrade if it's to keep pace with the numerous new hotels & apart-hotels in Riyadh.

Definitely not 5*. 3 at most. Beds not comfortable.

The property has an interesting size and with a complete renovations of the rooms, it could be much better. Internet connection is bad in the rooms while ok in the lobby. The gym is nice.

l5* when built but now tired but half the price of newer 5* hotels. Good location as on the edge of ring road on airport side so you don get snarled up in traffic getting to it like central hotels. quite despite being next to busy road. large internal area to walk and have cafe nice and doesn't feel like you are in a big city. Rooms non smoking but could tell they were once smoking. Very helpful staff which gave me a free late check out to 8pm most hotels would ask for a full extra day.
