We received VIP service and really enjoyed our stay at Villa Bella. We used the spa services, room service, and concierge service—everything was impeccable. The facilities were luxe and cozy with a lovely and peaceful view.

The property has amazing views of the valley. The rooms are good but need some refurbish. There needs to be a concierge.

Nice view, however the room was not well cleaned. We found a fingernail in our bed and a huge spider in the bathroom. The gym consists of 3 old broke down machines, crammed in a room with a ping pong table. The food is sub par and the restaurant service takes forever and is terrible.

The customer service at this hotel was excellent. I had several different problems during my stay (of my own fault, not the hotel), and the staff was always very prompt and friendly to help. The view from my room was gorgeous and the decor of the hotel was very warm and welcoming. If you are concerned about the hotel location outside of the city center, they have a free shuttle that makes frequent trips to/from the city center. I highly recommend staying here!

Hotel com estilo clássico, achei alguns peculiaridades que ainda nao sei se gostei ou não, local no café apenas para casais e não é permitido criancas menores de 12 anos no spa, café top.

Infelizmente o sistema de calefação não estava funcionando . Noite muito fria e poucas horas de sono devido ao frio. Nesse momento não recomendo o hotel. O custo benéfico não vale a pena. Estadia lamentável

Café da manhã com opções sem glúten. Pianista no café da manhã e no jantar. Preço elevado! Piscina aquecida a 37°C, excelente! Banho ruim! Fraco pois constantemente tinha ar nos encanamentos. Vista sensacional!

Restaurante horrível e demorado. De resto tudo bem. Nao informaram q o Restaurante estava sem cozinheiro. Fizeram esperar 1 hora e 30 minutos para uma refeição para casal.
