The experience was great!

It had everything to be great, but I was put in a room with moldy curtains that only a few days later I realized it made me and my husband sick which is really bad, specially because I'm pregnant. And the phone in the room didn't work, so I asked to be fixed and it never got fixed. Also on my last night when I was moved to another room because of the moldy curtains, I tried watching Netflix and the internet in the room wasn't working. These are my only complains for the place. Breakfast and location were really good.

No tienen WIFI en las habitaciones. Si uno tiene que trabajar durante su estadía, lo deberá hacer en las áreas comunes. Te dan solo una tarjeta para abrir la habitación. Al no habilitar el A/C, al entrar a la habitación es un horno y los electrónicos no cargaron. El baño es muy pequeño y para bañarse hay que hacer contorsionismo. Las amenidades son lamentables. La ubicación es buena y la atención de la mayoría de los empleados también.Es un hotel que debería costar USD 50 la noche.

The hotel had great amenities and overall was fine. The pool and bar area were good and our room was impeccably clean and comfortable. Regarding check-in, we had to call to have our already agreed 4th bed to be set up. The hotel also needs some structural maintenance, especially its exterior, needs painting and the lobby looks a bit shabby.

Amazing customer service, great food at the restaurant by the pool, relaxing pool, sauna and overall clean rooms and great locations will come back for sure!

Great little beach hotel for an amazing price, hidden gem

The staff were very friendly and attentive. We had a 7 month old and they had a cot and baby bath available which was very useful! Breakfast was good. The pool was also nice. The location of the hotel was very convenient

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is fantastic- right across the road from the beach and close to some nice restaurants. Rooms were a little dated and overpriced but I did book last minute

We enjoyed our stay and the overall service, but the breakfadt could be improved both when it comes to the food and the climate in dining area.

There was a water leak in the AC unit of our room, but staff was responsive and fixed it quickly - had no other issues whatsoever. Pool & sauna were great, breakfast was delicious, barzinho stayed open extra late to accommodate our snacking and even ordered food for us from across the street for delivery when desired. A+

Just ok for one night ... Nice temperate pool. Expedia don't charge directly. The run the credit card for the full amount in the hotel after check out

The hotel, beach quiosque, and hotel pool bar are very nice. I recommend staying within the confines of the hotel after dark. We were robbed at gunpoint less than 500 meters from the hotel returning from dinner about 9:30PM. The service at the hotel and Quiosque de Neto is outstanding, and once we realized that we should remain within those boundaries, we had a great time.

O hotel ja foi uma otima opção, hj peca no café da manhã (suco laranja industrializado), quarto precisa de atenção nos detalhes (pontos de mofo no banheiro), piscina adulto e jacuzzi utilizada por crianças usando fralda.Deveria existir uma fiscalização no local. Enfim, o hotel cresceu em números de quartos e área comum, mas o padrão caiu consideravelmente. Ponto de destaque para a recepção e atenção dos funcionários em geral.
