The room condition was poor, the shower leaked so much we had an inch of water on the bathroom floor, the carpet look like a murder took place and the kitchenette had nothing in it. After we checked in, our room ac didn't work, so we were moved to another room and that ac didn't work. So we had to pay for an upgraded room.

Staff are friendly, helpful and courteous especially Daniella at the front desk. Booked a superior room which is spacious and comfortable. Area around is quiet but feel safe. Will book again in our next visit.

Perfect place to stay in Santiago for our group of six. Lots of great restaurants within easy walking distance, and in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Staff at the hotel spoke English and were very helpful. Our room was small but it had a very comfortable king bed and nice shower.

The hotel is service and location is good. However, it is an old building and they have not invest in enough maintenance in the last years. Rooms need changing the carpet! It would also be good to have a small desk in the rooms to be able to work comfortably. Breakfast are very good with a lot of options and fresh food. Service is also very good.

It is my second time at this hotel with a great experience. I really like the location walking distance to metro station, grocery stores, mallls, banks. Hotel is located in a safe neighborhood. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

The location is ecellent, a quiet, tree-lined suburban street, just two short blocks walk to the main street in Providencia. Lovely, small cafes and restaurants in surrounding streets. You don't feel as though you are in a big city...and yet you are.
