This location was a mixed bag. The parking was challenging for us as we were in a 7 seat D90 and it was a very tight squeeze on the width. We had to park close to one side (once everyone was out of the vehicle), just to get out the driver side door. The garage for was largely broken and was difficult to make it lock down. Once inside, the place felt tired and the furnishings were worn. The vertical blinds were entirely broken and gapping leaving little privacy. The couches were ready for the op-shop and once you managed to plop down on them, it was challenging to get up out of them - with my knees up round my ears. The lighting was old fluorescent and many were exposed without covers. There were many paint scuffs and wear throughout.
Having said that, the carpet looked near new and everything was otherwise serviceable. The location was convenient and the kitchen was good.
Cleanliness was sub-standard with many surfaces sticky and greasy and there appeared to be some black mould growing on the bathroom cornice.
Overall, a bit too shabby, but has good potential.
