Loved it so much perfect

Convenient location. Other than that, I think I paid a lot for what I got. Staff is super friendly and accomodating but I wouldn't stay here again, specially when you have to pay for chairs and umbrella if you want to sit by the pool or the beach every single day. No body sits there or uses the premises because of that. Also the place is outdated.

If you’re going to Ushuaïa or HI, excellent location! About a 5 minute walk from venues. Beachfront property which is a bonus. Rooms are a little dated but very clean. Recommend having cash handy as the pool bar, lounge chairs, and day beds only accept cash.

amazing location. 8 minutes walk from HI ibiza and Ushuaia. all the bars and shops are a short walk, no taxi needed. place was perfect if you’re looking a budget friendly stay!

Honestly really disappointed with this hotel stay. The shower was broken, very noisy at night time, top floors and outside you can hear even staff and other rooms voice and walk etc, there was no elevator, and the front desk staff were not very friendly and spoke very limited English, which made communication difficult. The most upsetting part was the pool party situation, you had to pay €40 just for a beach bed/lounge chair, which honestly should’ve been included for hotel guests. Otherwise, what are you supposed to do, lay on the floor? On top of that, they didn’t even provide beach towels, so we had to go buy our own. Definitely not the experience we expected.

Overall, we had a nice stay at Jet Apartments in Ibiza. We traveled with our kids who are in their 20s, which seemed to fit well with the overall age range and atmosphere of the hotel on the weekend. The hotel is definitely not quiet, but that was expected for the location and vibe, so it didn’t bother us. There is a nearby club, so if you are a light sleeper, be aware that you will hear music until around 6 a.m. The location was very convenient with lots of nearby places to eat, easy access to taxis for exploring other areas of the island, and a beautiful beach/water view from our balcony. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t great during our stay, so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool, but they still had daily entertainment and the poolside bar running despite the weather. If you are planning to go to Hï Ibiza, the location is fantastic — literally walking distance. We also appreciated the luggage storage with our early arrival and late departure, and it was a nice bonus that we were able to check in several hours early since our room was ready. Overall, it was a fun and convenient place to stay in Ibiza.

Pool was very very cold, but it was nice enough to sunbathe around the pool. Beach was very beautiful!

Beach view was obstructed. Airplane noise was overwhelming.

You have to pay to use the sun loungers at the pool. Staff are so rude. Absolute nightmare trying to get our cases out the room to leave for airport, despite us paying 5 euros each to keep them there! Such a shame as it’s a good location and a good place to rest your head, but the staff were so rude.

Very nice location and nice entertainment

Property is central to dining, shopping, nightlife and beach. Staff was friendly & knowledgeable. Only two things that I believe can improve. 1 although luggage storage is available. The same person at the front desk had to attend the reception guest and luggage service . We had to wait until reception area was clear to have luggage stored. I believe additional personal would improve this service. 2 the pool chairs and umbrellas should not be an additional cost. That was an extra expense that as guest of the hotel should not have been charged. The stay was not cheap to begin with and to have to incur additional expenses that was not budgeted. Other than those services. The stay was phenomenal.

I enjoyed how close it was to the club venues and the taxi station in front of the building. Also a suermarket next door was helpful.

Does the job if you are predominantly using it to sleep. She’s not pretty, and is very old but is right by the beach and has multiple pools to chill out at during the day. We were appreciative of the kitchen in the rooms although the utensils weren’t the best. Happy enough for what we needed it for

There should be LIFT to carry your suitcase

The staff is very friendly but someone had a nose bleed and the blood stayed in the corridor for over 24 hours. Very noisy like zero buffer the walls are paper thin. Couldn’t sleep until 5am.
