The service was good and friendly. The breakfast was very good value. The only downside was the position in the heart of the girlie bar district.

Room is good size. Located next to busy area with lots of bars, restaurants, and shopping. Around the corner from the airport limousine and tram line. Great staff.

Loved my room and especially the extra large bathroom. Best room I’ve had in Japan this year.

Awesome parking attendants. They offered to allow us to park 3 bikes under a cover for free. It was raining all night so our bikes stayed dry. Cool area, not good for families though.

The hotel offers great service. I left my luggages with the front desk early in the morning. When I checked in in the afternoon, they have already placed them inside my room. The room is quite spacious by Japanese hotels standard. The room has a nice view looking at Sakurajima. It is nicely located in an area with lots of dinning options. Will recommend.

We used the hotel as a base for vacation day trips into the countryside. The hotel is moderately priced, comfortable and is located downtown in an interesting neighborhood with lots of restaurants. Parking was not expensive. The staff were helpful.

Business style hotel ideal for a good value stay in Kagoshima. Small but comfy room, slightly tired bathroom with powerful shower, strong and fast wifi. Perfect location for restaurants and bars in Tenmonkan. 30 item plus breakfast buffet.

Lovely hotel, super friendly staff. Had a room on 13th floor with a view. Breakfast good with plenty of choice and good value. Hotel well located for trams, eating out, shopping and sightseeing. Would recommend.

1)The location is close to the airport bus stop ( about 5 mins by walk ) , easy to access anywhere . 2) Room is clean & comfort . Not too many choice for the breakfast but the taste is good ! Staff are helpful. 3) you can go to Kagoshima-chuo station by walk (about 15mins) or by tram (about 5 mins)

飯店把我安排在13樓靠海房間，房內就可以看櫻島火山，感動! 地理位置很方便，天文館是鹿耳島最熱鬧地方，公車、輕軌可以到達絕大部分景點，甚至比住車站前方便，而且住在這種鬧區房間還能這麼大，真是不錯。 缺點是沒有浴缸(但是浴廁比較大)。

Excelente hotel, com decoração clássica, ao lado de Tenmonkan, área badalada de Kagoshima, com várias opções de bares e restaurantes. A equipe foi muito simpática e prestativa, e a experiência foi excelente.

子どもとの旅行で利用。とても清潔で掃除も行き届いており素晴らしいホテルです。スタッフさんも丁寧に応対してくれるので気持ちよかったです。また鹿児島に行くときはいきたいです！ レンタカーで訪れる際は、時間帯通行禁止など複雑な道路事情がありました。

立地よく、部屋も綺麗で快適でした！ ご飯どうしようとおもってましたが、近所の居酒屋のサービス券をもらえて、そこに行って料理も満足でした！

とても清潔で静かだった。朝ごはんが美味しくて連日いただいた。

鹿児島マラソン参加で会場に近いホテルだったので、宿泊しました。 場所は分かりにくいかったのですが、飲屋街で便利でした。 なにより部屋や浴槽が綺麗で、シャワーも水圧があって気持ちよかったです！ミネラルウォーターや温泉の素などの心遣いも嬉しい☺️ スタッフの方も感じ良かったです。やはり、外国人の方が増えてますね。日本語はうまく接客も丁寧で、気持ちがいい旅行になりました。
