The hotel location is great. Friendly staffs.

Location was excellent. It was in a very quiet area but also very close to all the main attractions only a short walk so that was superb. The room itself was very large and very comfortable and very well appointed the breakfast was a bit limited and could do with a bit more variety.

The apartment is in a great location. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.

(1) Home made breakfast - healthy and delicious. (2) Clean room but one with balcony is tiny. (3) Room was just painted with strong smell but the window had to be closed as outside street is very noisy. (4) Friendly provided a simple breakfast bag in previous evening but orange juice bottle was not from store but refilled by hotel as the bottle cap was loose to leak into the fridge (to be more exactly, we ordered twice with day1 perfect but the day2 with loose cap juice bottle). Overall it is a good stay but still some room to improve, specially it is considered as 4-stars. Even with multiple issue, I still rated with high score and expected and encourage their improvement.

The room was very nice and charming. In a quiet yet convenient area. The rooms are spread out throughout a neighborhood as is the breakfast room. The staff in the breakfast room was great, they did a lot with a small space and made sure all customers were taken care of. Nice variety of food.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and fairly well equipped, although a microwave and a knife to cut crusty bread would be useful. The position of the apartment was perfect. We could walk everywhere we needed. Very happy with Divota apartment.

Great hotel, right in the centre of Split’s old town. Everything was great and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed

Very clean, wonderful location, helpful staff. The only little downside was the noise - you sleep just about ten feet separated by one wall from the bustling walking street right outside. There were barking dogs and children and t many voices right near my head until about 11 pm. Other than that it’s gorgeous!

Excelente localización con estacionamiento a escasos metros. Muy cómoda la habitación y el baño. El único punto faltante es que no tiene ascensor y las escaleras estrechas para maletas grandes

There is no dedicated parking here and you may have to wait a half hour or more to get a spot at the nearest lot. Location to walk to old town was good

Location is excellent, 5’ from old town. The apartment is modern and comfortable. The staff is helpful and everything goes easily. I recommend this place, if I come back to Split I would stay there!

Nice place

It was a great location. The apartment had very comfortable beds, robes and slippers plus a great little kitchenette. We too advantage of the spa services. Our unit was bright and airy on a quiet little street. Highly recommended.
