First time staying it was pretty good experience. love it will stay again n recommend to others.

The area surrounding the property was a little more industrial than I expected, so no knock on the hotel but definitely FYI. The property was under some sort of construction. I don’t blame the property, but I do think there’s available technology to note that on Expedia during booking. I had to pay an extra fee upon arrival for having two kids share a bed, even though during booking I had to specify their ages and was only offered rooms with two beds. It feels like a deception from either Expedia or the property. Either way it’s dishonest and will keep me staying here next time I’m in Fukuoka.

What i like: 1) free parking 2) good location and near many good supermarkets, shops and food options. 3) next to highway and easy access to other parts of island. 4) food was good What i dislike: 1) no room cleaning service during trip 2) some staff were rude and talked bad about customers in japanese, thinking that we didnt understand it. 3) staff spoke poor english and could not hold basic conversations

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Laundry service was available which was very convenient. The breakfast was very good and offered a lot of variety. On-site parking was also a great plus.

This is the second time my family has chosen to stay at this hotel as we have previously enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the breakfast provided, as they had a good spread. The amenities provided were good and sufficient (e.g free drinks available, bicycles etc.) We especially liked using the bicycles to get around the surrounding area (e.g supermarket, restaurants) which made it very convenient to explore the area. However, during our stay we were disappointed by the service provided by the front desk. They were unfriendly and seemed unapproachable due to their facial expression. Although we understand that there is language barrier. However, they were unhelpful in answering our queries and always said “I don’t know” instead of checking on the internet etc. We had a few unpleasant encounters. For example, we had to go to the hospital and asked the front desk if the hospital opposite our hotel was open and the lady at the front desk just replied “I don’t know”. I think she could have at least googled or use google translate if she didn’t understand us. However, she dismissed us and appeared nonchalant to our query. I also dropped one of my custom hard lenses into the sink and needed someone to open the pipe to retrieve it. When we approached the front desk, a senior staff came up and when he saw it he just said “no” a few times, waved his hands and walked off. I think that’s quite rude and dismissive. My daughter had to go down and ask again and emphasize it was ¥100,000

The hotel was very nice, the rooms were clean and had lots of amenities (refrigerator, water cooker, toiletries, hair dryer, etc.). There is also a laundry room with washers and dryers on one of the floors. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering Japanese food as well as Western type of breakfast items. The only complaint we had was the location in a super busy neighborhood - right next to the train tracks, underneath a busy highway bridge and with lots of airplanes flying overhead. If you are looking for a nice hotel for just the night as you explore beautiful Fukuoka and vicinity (parking was free!) then that place is just perfect. If you prefer a hotel you can take walks from and enjoy a beautiful surrounding, you might want to look for something else.

Great and free parking!!! Hard to find in Fukuoka! Hotel is a Japanese business (read basic and not luxury) hotel but rooms are larger than normal. Overall good property and would recommend.

Best options to choose for stay. Very effective amenities. The included breakfast buffet is small but has everything that should be included and all with good taste and quality. Very satisfied.

It’s clean and quiet. Feel safe even women stay alone. Staffs are so kind and well educated.

Staffs were very nice towards us. Cleanliness and breakfast were perfect.

A little far fr town but make up for its facilities like bicycles available to cycle to nearby shopping centers n eateries . Command of English is poor by staff (reception) . Unable to understand what we ask n spoke about. Thumbs up to the free bfast provided . Good choices of Jap selections n English scrambled eggs. One weired thing is u have to pay ¥100 for extra pillows or towels although it sh be free as hotel guest . Nvr heard of other hotels I’ve stayed in asking guest to pay for extra towels n pillows (amenities).One good point is it’s 8 mins walk to e nearby Kaizuka Subway station that takes u to Hakata n Tienjin .,Given a choice , I rather stay ard Hakata or Tienjin area.

The breakfast is good, car park is free and convenient.

The Room size is good. A bit old, there are lots of parking lots which is good for us as we drive. There are 2 eating place near by. But no other amenities around.

I booked a room for 4 and it is quite unreasonable to charge me for getting 2 more pillows, with only 2 in my room. Too far from the city area even by self driving.

Hotel was approx. 5-10min walk from Kaizuka station. Staff could understand and speak English pretty fluently! Room was simple and size was expected for city location.

Booking website child age should limit to 12 years old because child is not provided with anything. According to one of the staff, child stay is free. So nothing provided. But we expect minimum pillow is provided. First day checking staff is wonderful, friendly and helpful. Last day lady staff is horrible. Black face all the way. Like we are owing her a living.

Quite a nice and comfortable hotel. Next door is the food outlet, very convenient. Staff is very helpful and can speak good English.
