Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. Was weird to have a (frosted) glass door from bedroom to bathroom/toilet, as the bedroom flooded with light if the bathroom was used - not ideal at night. Would have been more inconvenient had anyone been using the sofa bed in the lounge area, as bathroom access was via the bedroom. TV reception was not good, so we gave up watching the football! Overall, though, a great place to stay and we would recommend it to friends.

From stepping through the front door everything and everyone was perfect. I would highly recommend Palma Suites and am looking forward to staying again soon.

Stunning boutique hotel, centrally located with a mix of ornate and funky decor. Great breakfast, spacious rooms, and helpful staff.

Where to start! A perfect mix of a hotel and an apartment. There was 3 of us and the hotel room was a prefect size for us. The complimentary cava at check in is a lovely gesture and a great way to start a city break. The rooftop pool and sitting area gives brilliant views. Would love to stay here again!

Very ordinary for the price they charge.buffet is horrible too where u do not have a choice of eggs how u would like to have.just boiled or scrambled.bedsheet was torn.location is good but considering the price there are better options.room is too compact which makes it almost impossible to move around once bags have been kept and no locks in the bathroom too. And mind u this was the biggest room which i booked(family room) Lobby is appealing and the staff is friendly.

I'm so glad I chose Palma Suites for our October trip to Palma. Location - great walkable location to Old Town Palma. There's a grocery store nearby and so many amazing restaurants. You can pretty easily walk to the Cathedral and harbor area. One caveat, if you show up on a Sunday, it won't be nearly as spectacular as it is later in the week. (given that many shops close on Sunday in Spain) Amenities - the hotel has a nice bar that makes a great Sangria and other delicious cocktails. There's also an included breakfast served downstairs near the lobby. The breakfast was traditional European and was both tasty and healthy. I looked forward to our morning breakfast. (and I miss it now that I'm home) There's a pool and deck area up on the top floor. The pool was small - but the views from the deck area were quite nice. Service -- hands down, the service was amazing. Every single member of the staff that I interacted with handled everything impeccably. I felt like I had 5-star service every minute of this trip. From check-in, to the bar, to breakfast to house-keeping - everything was spot on.

The hotel is in a superb location which made it easy to walk around during the day, get to masses of restaurants and easy access to public transport, an airport bus stop is just over 5 minutes walk away. Great views from the roof terrace. Staff were very helpful. The room was huge and also very clean. Couldn't fault the place.

Amazing staff, service and property!

The staff on reception were really friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed and the location was right in the old town. The roof terrace is small but perfect for an evening drink watching the sunset. Could not fault this hotel.
