Overall good. They should upgrade morning breakfast

Pros Good location, clean, comfortable bed Cons The receptionist had a strong accent and was difficult to understand, besides she was a little bit cold, although polite. Stettler is a relatively expensive town to stay overnight, and this hotel was not the exception. We took a room at the motel-like section due to the “reduced” price, but the pool and other amenities were at the hotel-style area. Those days were cold, and going out in the cold to eat our breakfast was uncomfortable. Then, we found out that breakfast was in a lunch bag (becasue we could not understand the receptionist the day before), and took it back to our room. Breakfast was terrible with no sugar-free options besides coffee.

Room was clean. Bed wasn’t very comfortable. Room is not very quiet, outside noise is very noticeable.

Very nice rooms. One small complaint was that the shampoo & conditioner bottles were empty.

They advertised a breakfast and ended up giving a breakfast in a bag which was terrible. One of the great things about staying in a hotel is getting the day started right with a great breakfast. This was horrible. They did not advertise a breakfast in a bag but served it. Horrible!

Im a platinum Expedia member i stay in many hotels ,i enjoy the finer things in life ,and im pleased to say that the canalta in stettler is easily the nicest hotel in town and definitely one of the nicest rooms in the province. . Usually in hotels i have a problem or dislike a staff member its awesome to see everyone on there staff to always be accommodating, competent, and always welcome you with a smile,,its refreshing to stay at a hotel or be at a business who appreciates you as a customer. All and all the price. Is competitive even a bitter cheaper while the rooms are bigger and better then the competition in town . My only one want is more access to vending machines at night time . Lol

We stayed in town for an event and the Canalta was perfect for our needs. The pool was a bonus for kids, Jason at the front desk was very helpful and enthusiastic. We are twice at the Town Pump restaurant located in the building and portions were huge and filling each time.

The front desk staff was AMAZING at check in!!!! The room was so dated and can't believe I payed hotel price to stay at the "motel" section. Kids had to walk outside in cold to get to pool. It was awful. Would not book here again!!!!

The room was very spacious, had extra sink and bar area. Hotel was clean staff were very nice.

Room was clean and staff very welcoming. The room is dated and needs an update. Mattresses were hard but ok for the weekend. Showers were hot and had lots of pressure.
