We reserved a room for 2 nights a week in advance of my husband's medical appointment. We arrived around 8:30 pm and the attendant said our room may not be cleaned yet. He apologized and said if it wasn't cleaned, we would have to go to a different motel. After him making several attempts to contact housekeeping(which I'm sure they were no longer cleaning rooms), he had to go and check the room himself. Took over a half hour to check in when I had my confirmation in hand! We did stay but was such a fiasco that I will definitely not go there again.

The hotel was very nice. The tv service was not good. There is no guide to tell you what is on.

For being downtown I really had higher expectations. Mold in the shower, dirty mirrors and very noisy overall.
