Amazing staff and good rooms for the price

This was such a clean hotel that was perfect for our family. We love our stay. The front desk was so professional and friendly.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel. The desk clerk is always very friendly.

We enjoyed our stay at the residence Inn. The room was in very good shape, almost brand new. There was plenty of parking, and the hotel was quiet for the most part. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the amenities were great. Would stay here again.

I’ve stayed here almost 10 times and love the convenient location, comfortable room, and care of the staff. If they could repave the drive into the property, it would be perfect!

Requested upgrade and was granted w/minimal charge. No availability for late checkout even if you’re an elite member. Only needed 1 hour until 1pm. That should change. that’s the whole point of becoming a member for the pricks. Staff friendly and kind. Room was clean and inviting.Very nice hotel and will be staying again when I’m in the area.

Great staff, clean and convenient

The property was immaculate. All staff was excellent, in particular, the gentleman that helped us when we arrived (from Zambia, don’t recall his name). He was warm, gracious, and very informative. The woman that staffed the breakfast area was also excellent - everything was hot, refilled whenever necessary, and very clean! Great service! Room was fabulous and very clean too. Thank you!

Beautiful place!

Good - Close to airport and clean. Needs attention - No coffee in lobby 24/7 (In-room coffee is barely drinkable). Heater fan blew out over the bed and was so noisy (even set on continuous low) I couldn’t sleep.

Very clean. Comfortable rooms and beds. All staff was very friendly and accommodating for our large family gathering. My only complaint would be other guests' dogs were barking during the night which kept me awake-- this is no fault of the hotel.

Beautiful room/ Great breakfast Loved the fireplace and open space Front Des has wonderful personnel The location was close to airport only problem is that they did not have shuttle and refused to pay the $50.00 round trip uber. It is listed as shuttle ride included.

Nicely updated, Mario at check in was amazing! He went out of his way to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable. He even went out to shovel and salt the walkway from the back parking lot. Our room was cold, he brought keys up to us to allow us to easily move to the room next door. He is exceptional at delivering outstanding customer service and should be recognized! We will always stay here if given a choice!
