Lovely hotel apartment within walking distance of the town centre and station, with a small swimming pool that you can book.

Spacious and comfortable room, quick check-in, parking available but it must be booked in advance. Great location, too. Pool was nice.

Because the road in front was torn up, we could not drive to it. Fortunately, my sister spoke French and was able to get directions to a nearby parking garage. All of the streets in Strasbourg seemed to be under construction, so navigating the city was VERY difficult. But when we got to the Odalys, the bed was comfy, the shower wonderful, the breakfast plentiful, and the air conditioning great.

Nice little apartment with well equipped kitchen for 2 persons. Some furnitures are way past their best before date however (same applies to the overall bathroom). Not a show stopper however. Located in front of a shopping mall (including a supermarket). 15 min walk from the cathedral. Friendly staff.

The Odalys was a good location. A shopping mall across the road, walkable to the cathedrals and dining options. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was exactly as shown

This hotel definitely gives “youth hostel” vibes. The lobby reminds me of a medical facility in a not-so-great part of town. The staff were friendly and helpful, but when I asked for a second key, they said they didn’t have enough cards to give us one. They did, however, give us a free bag of delicious gingerbread cookies. The room had dirt around the baseboards and dust on the back of the couch. At first the sink wouldn’t drain, but I managed to fix the plug (so it worked after that). The shower leaked absolutely everywhere each time you used it. Look, if you’re looking for a cheap place to stay in Strasbourg, this will do the trick. But if you want a hotel experience, keep looking.

My wife and I stayed at this apartment in Strasbourg in early December. To be fair, the accommodation was adequate and not as poor as previously noted on other reviews. We were even given a free gift of Christmas treats upon arrival. However, the property took a pre-authorisation as a deposit on the room we'd booked. When we left two days later, there was no issue and we were told the pre-authorisation would be automatically cancelled. This has not been the case. We contacted the property through the Expedia communication channel and have been told that there was no issue on departure but there is an issue with the accounting system. We were told the amount would not be posted to our account and that it will take a minimum of 15 days to clear. On contacting our credit card company we have found this not to be the case and the deposit has been actually posted to our account. We've contacted Expedia, the member of staff was hugely supportive of our concerns and contacted the property. We are now told is may take up to a month to recover the monies that were taken as a pre-authorisation. We are left hugely disappointed by this unnecessary situation. In essence, the pre-authorisation should never have been progressed. Needless to say, my wife and I are left with the annoying situation of chasing monies with the property. On this basis, we would find it very difficult to recommend this property to other Expedia customers.

The property is above average price wise but the furniture is torn and peeling. Offering coffee/ tea but no milk is inconvenient, again given the price paid. The staff were really lovely. The breakfast was great.

Great hotel, close to everything. Room was just a little chilly, had trouble controlling the temperature. But otherwise a great place to stay. Had everything we needed. Would stay here again.

Miserable experience. Was put in a disabled access room with two single beds together. Poor quality furnishings and in a miserable location.

The property is very dated, and if you have to pay for each additional towel. They only provide 1 floor towel, 1 hand and bath. The street the property is on is worn down, dirty with many vacant and run down store fronts. As a female solo traveler, I did not feel safe to go outside after dark.

It's old and worn out. Sofa squeaked incessantly and kitchen facilities with basic but in disrepair and inconvenient to use.

Property seems to be getting a bit dated. Room was small and there was no wardrobe with limited cupboard space for clothes. There was a large pillar between the bed and kitchenette area which made things very awkward - both for using the kitchen area and moving around the room. The location was very good for the railway station and visiting the old town, but didn't feel very safe returning there at night.
